SEA and MOUNTAIN VIEWS: LARGE COMMUNAL GARDEN WITH 2 POOLS: 4 Beds-Large lounge- FAMILY FRIENDLY: 2 SUPERMARKETS within WALKING DISTANCE. -NEAR MALAGA AIRPORT 20 mins cab/Uber drive for under 30euros. Even less euros by train to Arroyo de la Miel then walk or get cab/Uber for 6euros approx.

IMPORTANT:
There is additional cash arrangements for the cleaning/laundry and key holding.
On arrival you need to give two envelopes to Loly at number 23. As Loly has the keys.
One envelope mark ‘Loly’ with 20euros and the other mark
‘Janet’ with 119 euros for cleaning and laundry.

A family friendly villa with 2 bedrooms both with 2 single beds. A private patio and balcony overlooking the sea,. Large lounge / dining room with fireplace plus only Spanish T.V. and D.V.D. player. There is no WiFi, but usually your provider will either provide you with WiFi on your phone at no extra cost or charge you a daily fee to access it. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and hob (electric) and microwave. The bathroom has a bath/shower with constant hot water, bidet, toilet and washing machine. This comfortable villa gets an abundance of light, is set within a private residential complex with manicured gardens around the two swimming pools. A gentle breeze from the mountain to the sea means the villa does not need air conditioning. There is plenty of space for children to play within sight of the villa. The nearby town of Arroyo de la Miel, has restaurants. Supermarkets are within walking distance. The villa is close to several excellent golf courses and water parks and a 10 minute drive to the beach. Granada with its stunning Alhambra is just over an hour and a half away, as is Rhonda. It's a days visit to Tangia.

Les vacances parfaites !
Appartement très bien situé, proche des commerces et des transports. Les équipements sont parfaits pour les vacances et la résidence est calme et très propre. Marguerite est totalement disponible pour répondre aux demandes. Nous avons 15 jours fabuleux dans cette belle région.

Mala,para empezar la mujer que se encarga de dejarte las llaves,simplemente,eso,te da las llaves,teniendo tu que investigar toda la casa,nadie te explica donde se encuentra cada una de las cosas,llave de agua,gas,etc. ,los primeros dias todo fueron problemas,no tiene antena tv(cable cortado),frigorifico pequeño y no enfriaba,(hasta el viernes no trajeron uno nuevo),varios somieres pegado con cinta de carrocero,uno de ellos partió cayendome al suelo, bombillas fundidas ,hormigas por toda la planta baja,aunque esto no sea culpa de la propiedad,las sufrimos toda la semana,armarios llenos de ropa de invierno y trastos viejos,un patio lleno de posibilidades y ni siquiera tiene un punto de luz. En fin,totalmente decepcionados por que un rincón tan chulo y tranquilo en una piscina para niños y mayores y que no tengan la casa con unos minimos exigibles.

A la casa le vendría bien un poco de mantenimiento y algún tipo de producto de desinfección. Encontramos varias veces hormigas y tuvimos muchas picaduras de mosquito. La casa es amplia y tiene lo necesario. La ubicación es muy tranquila
