This three bedroom apartment was very clean and suited the needs of 7 visitors, although one bathroom did present some minor inconveniences at times. Located approximately a 15 minute downhill walk to the heart of the marina with grocery stores within 7 minutes. Our hosts were very welcoming and available to answer questions if needed.

Great apartment, awesome location.
Nice apartment, really convenient for Marina, bars and shopping. Very competitively prices and had everything we needed. Owner is extremely responsive and our several, covid forced, date changes were no issue whatsoever. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay
This place really suited our needs. The owner was extremely responsive both before we arrrived and during our stay. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the TV and internet are excellent. There were worldwide issues with IPTV during our stay and so we used Prime Video and Netflix ( this was better than we have ever had even in a 4-star hotel) on the smart TV on the evenings when we wanted to stay in during the evening. We have 6 devices connected to the internet and all worked fine. I could even stream my VirginMedia Live TV on my phone and use facetime to call home. The balcony was great and there were shops and places to eat nearby. The Mad Ass Irish Bar lower down the hill serves teriffic food and the main street is just down the hill and the marina is a walking distance. We would definitely stay again. All the neighbours were friendly. We used a direct private transfer from the airport, which is a much better than Jet2 picking up at other hotels. It is the first time we have booked a private rent and it was a real home-from-home. Thank you for a terrific stay.

The apartment was very well equipped, very clean and kitchen was very modern. The only issues were the couch was uncomfortable and the tv kept breaking down. All in all it was a great stay in Benalmadena and the location of the apartment was perfect.

Excellent apartment!
We have just spent 4 weeks in this apartment and were very comfortable indeed. It is ideally placed for the seafront, marina, Bonanza square, restaurants, supermarkets and buses to Fuengirola, Mijas, Torre and Malaga. There is even a local bar, Jayne’s, where prices are reasonable and they are very friendly and welcoming. Our only issue was that the flat is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, so we did find lugging our shopping up the stairs quite a pain. We were aware of this before we came, though. Apart from that, we definitely recommend this apartment.

very well kept apartment well equipped kitchen towels a bit thin and could do with replacing beds very comfortable good location bit of a climb up the hill from the main road. would give it a 5 star but although it was very well kept and clean it could do with a bit of a update

Very central
We spent a week at this apartment in May 2018. 3 adults & 2 kids. Very spacious and clean. Great views. Central to everything and a 7/8 min stroll to the beach. There is no lift but the flights of stairs are manageable and if I can do it with a bad knee anyone can ! The owner was very approachable but thankfully we had no issues or problems at all. We had a lovely sunny week in the sun and would definitely return here Cheers !

A really spacious apartment with everything you need to enjoy your stay.
The only slight drawback is the absence of a lift to this 3rd floor apartment. It's location is great though, with the beach just a 3 or 4 minutes stroll away and the Marina complex not much further. With 3 bedrooms there is plenty of space available and the balcony has sea views. No complaints at all and definitely on our list of properties we will return to.

A very convenient and good place to stay
We had a very good stay at this property for 1 1/2 months. It is close to grocery stores and the main street for the bus and anything else you would need. Juan was very good in responding to any questions we had and if there were any problems he came quickly to fix them The television and internet were excellent and especially all the TV stations we could access - it was unbelievable. On cool and windy days the enclosed balcony was very pleasant for sitting or for drying clothes. This condo is a corner suite on the 3rd floor with a view on 3 sides including to the ocean.

Juan, the host is very pleasant and available if you need anything. Excellent apartment located close to the beach and close to the supermarkets and another attractions like Sea Life Aquarium, Selwo Marina, Tivoli Park, etc. Highly recommend to stay in Juan's apartment.

Excellent apartment & location
We are a family of four, two adults and two children (7 and 4). We are very familiar with Benalmadena and the Costa del Sol area. The location is key, very close to beach and all local amenities. A small local shop is opposite the entrance to the apartment for any last minute groceries. Larger supermarkets/cafes/restaurants/bank/ATM/ chemist are a very short walk. The marina is a short walk too. We like to explore the wider area and visit attractions and did this by foot, bus, ferry and taxi during our stay, again having so many options nearby is very important. The apartment is clean, spacious, air conditioned with everything provided that you would require for a holiday in the area. Most importantly, the owner Juan is extremely accommodating and excellent with communication before and during trip, if you need anything. We left a valuable item behind during our stay, Juan did everything possible to return it promptly & reassure us. We were most grateful, this demonstrates a most considerate owner, so easy to deal with who went above and beyond. We would highly recommend staying in Juan's apartment.

My wife, three kids and I had a fab stay at this lovely apartment in Benalmedina. The area is nice with 3 min walk to the beach, 5min walk to a lovely park and every type of amenity required for a top stay. Apartment is cosy, clean and comfortable. Such a relaxing break we really can't wait for our next one! And we hope we can come back here again, thanks a bunch!

Great value apartment 5 minutes from the beach
We have just come back from a 5 night stay in benalmadena. This apartment is great value with 3 bedrooms and is south facing with a lovely view of of the coast.It is 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the marina. The owner Juan keeps in good contact prior to your stay. This was our 1st time renting a private apartment and i'm so pleased we chose this one. We will certainly book again.

Very good. It was clean Juan is very prompt at answering any messages and queries.
