Stayed here a few times the breakfast is great it’s a quick easy drive to the hospital witch is important when you’re not from Bend. Staff has always been very helpful and nice.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. The hotel is showing signs of wear, carpets need stretching and cleaning. The desk chair in the rooms have rips and tears in the upholstery. The facility needs updating.

Cold stay in Bend
It was 39 degrees in the room when we entered. It took hours and hours to warm it. The room was reserved and a room should have been ready with a minimum room temperature of at least 60 degrees. We got additional blankets from our car it was so cold. The bathtub was dirty also. The handicapped space was not plowed from snow, nor was the rest of the parking lot, making it difficult to enter the building. The entrance to which we were directed was not cleared of snow either. The clerk was told that the room was very cold, but we were not given an alternate accommodation.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was really good. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is the shower/tub didn’t drain until I wedged something under the plug to keep it open. There were several baseball sized holes in the wall in the room that were patched with spackle and never sanded or painted. There was also a large area around the top of the shower were all the paint had peaked off and it looked moldy. A new repairman would make this place significantly better. The overall condition of the flooring etc isn’t bad, just needs someone to fix these small issues that I’m sure are apparent in other rooms as well.

Nothing like someone else’s hair and blood on the pillow case and pillow. Pretty gross to see that, we took pictures of the blood showed manager the didn’t care.

Good, could be better
As with most pet friendly accomodations these days, the nightly fee of 30$ per pet is excessive, especially as there is no dog-friendly "area" for their needs. There was no hotel info in the room; just a QR code to scan - which yeilded an "error, page not found." The breakfast menu contained no gluten free choices, except, possibly the scrambled eggs (?) and packaged instant oatmeal (?). There were 4 types of dry cereal, all wheat based. Would it be too much to ask for corn flakes, or plain yogurt? However, the bed was very comfortable with quality linens and mattress. I would stay again.
