The main level has an open great room decorated in contemporary furnishings complete with a cozy fireplace. Your guests will appreciate the 3 king bedrooms, affording your visitors comfort, luxury and privacy. You will be at complete peace lounging in this forested area on your expansive wrap around deck or soaking in the community hot tub and pool within walking distance. Everyone will enjoy the large bonus area downstairs with its media room and 4th bedroom with its two queen beds. This is a great spot to send the children if the adults are craving a little quiet. * The Community pool and hot tub will be closed beginning April 19, 2024 - Memorial Day Weekend 2024. The HOA is completing renovations and the goal is to be completed BY Memorial Day weekend. However, unforeseen challenges may arise during the process, which could affect the timeline.

My Favorite Place to Stay
I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this property is by far my favorite. Great location! Quiet area, wonderful trails along the river, across from the pool and a short drive to great restaurants, the Mill Dill District and several beautiful parks. We had 4 couples plus two babies staying at the house. The layout was perfect for both gathering and finding some quiet time. The wrap around porch/deck added another space to eat, visit or play. The house was very clean, everything was in working order, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals together. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious enough for each couple. I cannot say enough about how great our stay was at this house.

The house was exactly as described- very clean, organized, and well stocked. Comfortable layout, comfy beds. Easy drive from this property to Mt Bachelor- straight shot. The folks at Arrived were super helpful. Helped us change to a smaller house at the end of our stay when 2 of us needed to extend our time in Bend. Beautiful country out here!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location and we absolutely love it. It’s close to hiking trails and it’s a stones throw away from the pool. I will be back next summer. My one complaint is with VRBO, I was charged the cost of two nights in fees. I understand paying for cleaning, but all the other fees are ridiculous. I doubt I will use VRBO again because this particular listing has an alternative way of booking.

Wonderful home for a group stay.
The River Wild home is a spacious location for a group retreat. The kitchen is well stocked and the open concept is great for entertaining. If you like to grind your coffee beans, there is a grinder. However, one piece is missing, but there is a screw in the drawer that you can use to make it work. We had 4 adults on our stay and there was plenty of hot water for showers. The living area on the main floor and family room on the ground floor are great for a group to enjoy time together and the wrap around porch is a quiet place for anyone to spend time on their own or in a group. When you check-in and check-out, the entry is on the opposite side of parking, so be prepared to walk around the house on a trail to get to the front door to get access. Overall, a great home to stay in while enjoying Bend and the surrounding areas and will definitely consider it again in the future.

Great Ski House
We really enjoyed our stay at Big Canyon. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking, relaxing and entertainment. It was clean and nicely furnished and had comfortable bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Location was great and the property manager we very helpful and responsive. Garage was useful for our ski gear storage and had high clearance for our pick up truck. We’d definitely stay there again.
