Kuerig have mind of their own but some directions would have been helpful. Nothing worse than to wake up and not being able to have a fresh/hot cup of coffee. Also would have been helpful to have tv info. Two small issues but can be a frustration, for us over 80 years young.

Nice home and location, with a few hiccups
We were provided early access, but the entry code did not work. Upon contact via text, a new code was given, and it didn't work. We had to default to the lockbox in the carport to gain entry. During this process, we were provided a local phone number if we had further questions. When attempting to use this local contact, we instead were routed to a call center. Unfortunately, they weren't able to help. We were inquiring about simple issues like using the remote for the TV. Among all the welcome info, there was nothing regarding the remote and access to the TV. We were unable to utilize the TV, other than the sports channel it was stuck on. The bed on the 1st floor was uncomfortable. Overall, just seemed to be a bumpy stay. I'm sorry.

This was a great spot for our family! Kids loved their room and the little play areas and all the amazing toys! Location was so great, one block from the playground and so close to everything else. Well stocked, super clean and cozy! Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful time decompressing in this perfectly sized home for two. Though the weather was rather chilly, the light streaming through together sunroom windows kept us warm and cozy. We look forward to staying in this home again!

Really nice home. Loved the upgrades throughout the house. Very quiet area. Only drawbacks were couch pillows need replacing, along with the couch. Outdoor seating needs upgraded too. We will definitely stay here again with the hope that the couch will be replaced by then

Fun time in Sunriver
Was easy to rent online. Great place for a family of 4 as long as kids can sleep in same bed. Great for 2 couples. Good location. Very quiet. Could use another set sf towels for each of 4 people. Small carpet in front of downstairs bathroom sink needs to be replaced/removed. Quite dirty. Only one of two burners on grill is working. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this property! The bowling game & blocks were a nice touch. It was perfect for what we needed. One minor thing—the comforter in the downstairs bedroom had some stains that looked like blood, so we removed it. We will likely book with you again! Thank you!

Beautiful property
Our family of 4 loved staying at this property in Sunriver. The house was extremely clean, and we truly enjoyed this renovated home. Pros: - great location: minutes to Fort Rock Park and biking distance to Sharc or Sunriver village. Good privacy - not too close to neighbors. Very peaceful. - fun games for kids: lots of board games and a few toys. Kids adored the upstairs nook in the sunroom. - great appliances: washer/dryer, dishwasher, fan - everything works well. Lots of kitchen items, which was perfect for eating in. - clean: everything including furniture was very clean and relatively new as well. - SHARC passes: though extremely crowded, the kids had a fantastic time at the HOA pool with two slides. - bikes: there are four adult bikes in great condition in the shed Cons: - partial AC: there is a portable AC unit on the first floor. Even with two fans and windows open, unfortunately, the upstairs room was uncomfortably warm. - noise: the upstairs bedroom is partially a loft, so the noise from upstairs easily travels downstairs.

Beautiful home!
This is a lovely home with high end furnishings and pleasing decor. It’s well stocked with dishes, cookware, and glassware. It could use more utensils so you don’t have to wash them all after each meal. Opportunity for improvement? The deck and benches are a mess and a sliver hazard. There are camp chairs and beach chairs in the garage, but it definitely needs an upgrade on outdoor lounging furniture. The grill needs cleaning of elements and flame guard as it has flame issues. Overall a fun, happy place to be! I would stay again, but probably in the winter due to the current deck issues.
