Fort Rock Park's playing fields and tennis courts, the marina, horseback riding stables, and the Village at Sunriver are just a short drive or bike ride away. Mt. Bachelor, with its host of outstanding winter and summer activities, is just 23 miles from the resort. And if you're looking to get out on the water to fish, swim, or explore via boat or kayak, the Deschutes River is just a mile from your front door.

Things to know:
The indoor pool at the SHARC facility is open year-round, and the outdoor pool at SHARC is available from mid-May through September. Call us for pool schedule information. This home also includes shared access to a private pool; the Circle 4 Ranch Pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. It does not include access to the Ranch cabins pool.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
