8 Leisure Lane is located just a short 3 minute walk from the SHARC (Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center). Rental of our home always includes UNLIMITED-USE passes to SHARC.
This light and bright home is a recently remodeled and updated 1800 square foot home with 3 bedroom + sleeping loft, and 2 baths. The home sleeps 10 guests and is located just a 3-5 minute walk from the SHARC and Sunriver Village Mall.
The kitchen in 8 Leisure Lane has been completely remodeled with bright white cabinets and light wood flooring. The bathrooms have been remodeled as well. It is the perfect combination of a Sunriver cabin and an updated fresh home. The home is located in a quiet area directly between SHARC and Fort Rock Park. It is a quiet .25 walk or bike ride to either of those amenities. Unlimited-Use SHARC Passes for 8 guests are included with the rental of our home.The Village Mall is just beyond the SHARC (.5+/- walk from the home) where you will find shopping, entertainment, restaurants and day spa. Meadows Golf Course and Woodlands Golf Course are located on either side of the home.

The home is 2 story with 3 bedrooms + an additional sleeping loft with queen bed, and 2 remodeled baths. The Master Suite is located upstairs and has a King bed and private bath. There is an additional sleeping loft upstairs, also. Downstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms. One has a Queen bed and the other has 2 sets of twin bunks (4 twins total). There is also a hall bathroom downstairs. The kitchen, living, dining and laundry areas are also downstairs on the main level. The living room has a TV & DVD player and a wood burning stove.
The back deck has a private hot tub, gas BBQ and patio table where you can relax & enjoy the outdoors.

We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.

Family Reunion
We very much enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for our group of 8. The beds were very comfortable and the SHARC passes were great. The only cons were a couple of the bikes didn’t work and while the house had air conditioning, it doesn’t cool the upstairs and it was very uncomfortable at night. There were some fans provided, but maybe a few more would have helped. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely stay again.

Was looking for a little friend getaway to enjoy the snow and this was perfect. The hot tub was clean and warm when we arrived. Plenty of kitchen ware as well. Just what we needed and appreciated being able to bring the pup along.

This was a great house for a long weekend away with friends! Everything was as advertised, and the location was perfect. Not too far from the village and pool, but tucked back on a quiet circle. I have to give a shoutout to the management company. We had several questions and they were promptly answered, but they really shined when we discovered we'd left behind an important item. They were able to coordinate with us on our way back down the mountain, and let us back into the house to grab it on our way home. Excellent customer service!

THE RIGHT HOUSE FOR A GETAWAY
This place was clean ! Perfect for a getaway with friends, family or even just with your spouse! I recommend this place !!!! It’s just 20 minutes from bend! The neighborhood was perfect and very quiet ! Plus this house comes with a JACUZZI!

Great location
I have stayed in many different properties at Sunriver. This one would be a favorite. The house was clean, had everything we needed and was close to the SHARC. The hot tub was private. There were bike locks and towels to borrow. The rooms were good sized and everything was functional. Check in and check out were super easy. Would absolutely choose this property again when returning to Sunriver.

If I could do 4.5 stars, I would but didn’t quite make a 5 star accommodations in my mind. Great spacious feeing house and location but has some deferred maintenance and needed a deep clean. It was surface clean and we would stay there again, but the floors, carpets, around the couches needed some special attention. We loved the SHARC passes and the bike trails. It was in a quiet neighborhood and easy to access the amenities in Sunriver. Overall, it was a good experience.

Pros: 1. location is good, close to Ft Rock Park, Sharc, Village; 2. Bedrooms are pretty large, decent beds Cons: 1. Dirty - pet house and it shows. Wiped bathtubs w/ Clorox wipes upon arrival and they were black; carpets super dirty, wet paper towel turned black when touching it to carpet, couches / pillows not clean 2. Main room - pictures don't show the main room well. Pretty small and disconnected from kitchen. Floorplan not great. Garage is tiny, almost like a shed. No ping pong table or ability to park inside.

The location was very convenient and the house had the minimum things that you need to be comfortable during a stay. The biggest negative was the overall cleanliness of the house. It was extremely dusty to include large collection of dust in the corners of the floors, furniture, and windows. My family members who have allergies needed to take medication while in the home. Also we were looking for a pet friendly home but the rugs very much smelled like pet urine to the point that I didn’t want my children playing on them.

The rooms and kitchen were a perfect size there was exactly 10 of us and we fit great. The hot tub was nice although it was on the smaller side we just went in small groups. A good distance from town had bikes, helmets, and shark passes.

What a great gem! We were there at a slower time and the quite was amazing. Kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed, house was clean, location was great (<1mile from the Village). We used the bikes on site, although some could have used some TLC but overall great home.

A Christmas tree would have been nice. Accommodations were nice and comfortable. The property decks front and back were solid ice. Ice remover would have been a benefit and a good safety measure for the people renting the place. We did enjoy our stay.
