Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals has been in business in since 2001, we're a boutique management company that specializes in luxury properties on the Oregon Coast and in Sunriver. The benefits of using a trusted name is that we offer local support and assistance, 24/7 emergency guest assistance, and safe and secure bookings.
A complete rental agreement (terms and conditions) will be emailed to the guest for E-signature after a booking is confirmed and must be signed and returned within 48 hours or it is assumed the guest has requested to cancel. Deposit of 50% due at time of booking reservation. Remainder of balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Terms and conditions subject to revisions and change. Rates are subject to change until confirmed. Additional SROA rules are available upon request. The ‘Service Fee’ included in the quote is a VRBO fee and is NOT a fee charged by Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals.

SAME DAY BOOKINGS: We are unable to accommodate bookings made on the day of arrival. Should the VRBO system permit the booking, a reservation representative will review the reservation and options with you.
BOOKING SCHEDULES: At the time of booking, if your reservation dates leave open nights that we cannot rent (what we refer to as a "dead night"), or less than the required seasonal minimum nights for the rental season requested, a representative will call to review the reservation with you and an edited quoted with qualifying alternate date and/or property options will be emailed. If these options do not work for you, you may submit a cancellation request and a full refund will be honored.
SATURDAY ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES: Saturday arrivals or departures are subject to scheduling approval/review in our Sunriver Properties. At the time of booking, a representative will call to review the reservation with you and an edited quoted with qualifying alternate date and/or property options will be emailed. If these options do not work for you, you may submit a cancellation request and a full refund will be honored.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIMES: Check-in time will typically be 4pm, with an 10am Check-out time. The following high rental seasons may expect up to a 6pm check-in time: Spring Break, Summer, Holidays. This will allow our staff to ensure we are meeting all cleaning and property protocols. We will attempt to accommodate earlier arrivals and departure times during our off-peak seasons where possible upon request. – Please note: We do not offer arrivals/departures on the day of the holidays, if unsure of dates please send an inquiry.
AGE CRITERIA: You must be at least 25 years of age to rent from Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals. Children are welcome when travel with a parent or guardian.
OCCUPANCY: Guest(s) agrees that premises shall not be occupied by more than the number of people specified in any 24 hour period. Occupancy limits includes any guests visiting during the day and anyone over 24 months in age (not just those sleeping in the home). If it is found that more than the maximum number of people are occupying the home at any time, guests will be asked to leave without a refund and fees will apply. Information on occupancy limits may be viewed on Blue Pacific’s and VRBO websites.
ANIMALS: Pets or any type of animal are not permitted on the rental grounds or in the properties under any condition (including vehicles or in the garages). Anyone caught with an animal, will be asked to vacate the premises per the HOA, and will be subject to fines.
SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is not permitted in the unit, on the balcony/deck, or in the common areas of the complex. Anyone caught smoking on the premises, will be subject to fines.
HOUSEKEEPING: The unit will be professionally cleaned prior to arrival and after guest departure. Guests shall leave premises in clean, undamaged condition, similar to the way they found it. The cleaning fee covers laundry, sanitization, and cleaning associated with “normal” use.
EQUIPMENT FAILURE: Although we cannot guarantee the operation of all appliances, utilities and equipment (e.g. air conditioning, Wi-Fi, pool equipment, hot tubs, kitchen appliances, televisions, etc.) our staff makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the equipment, utilities and appliances are in working order. Agents, authorized employees or repairmen may enter the premises for purposes connected with repair, care, or maintenance of the rental property. We will do our utmost to have any malfunction repaired in a timely manner. However, Blue Pacific assumes no liability for malfunctioning items and does not offer refunds for equipment, utility or appliance failure. Please contact the office immediately if you encounter a problem.

*Cancellation Policy: Due to VRBO website restrictions, we are unable to post our cancellation policy and send our policy directly to the guest. The 100% refund does not apply. -- Guests will receive an e-signature rental agreement outlining full cancellation policy and rental terms for review and e-signature. Upon completed e-signature of BPVR rental agreement, all rental terms and conditions including BPVR defined cancellation supersede VRBO posted policies. BPVR strongly suggests guests consider the Rental Guardian Travel Insurance option provided by BPVR.
