This is a wonderful motel for what it is offering. Great location and very reasonably priced for Bend. Not a 5 star hotel, but a good motel.

The properties old, the Internet, pictures make it look nicer than what it was. Left a day early beds not too comfortable. Will never stay there again.

Owner charged me more despite me trying to show him my paid in full receipt from Expedia. No hand towels in rooms. Floors are lifting in multiple places. No screens on windows. Room smelled bad.

Hotel owners are scammers
I am not one to complain. In fact, I don't even recall writing a negative review online about a business in my entire life (I have been alive longer than we could do anything on the Internet at all). With that said, this has been a terrible experience. If I could rate this negative stars, I would. I booked on hotels.com and there is a note saying that a deposit is required. It also says that the hotel only accepts debit and credit cards, and does not accept cash. When I arrived, I was asked to make a cash deposit. The woman at the front desk insisted that it must be paid in cash. I offered many times to pay by credit card, but they refused to accept that. I chatted with hotels.com. Besides that they broke the agreement, they also said they would cancel the reservation. I said that was fine as their proposal that I pay cash is unacceptable, but they must give a refund. The booking agreement is that it could be cancelled by 12pm for a refund. I was checking in at 3pm when they wanted to change terms. Despite that they told me they were willing to give a refund, when hotels.com called them, they did not agree to a refund. In addition to being rude, they were talking about me in Spanish to each other right in front of me calling me unprofessional names. They did not know I can understand Spanish. Hotels.com said they could cancel the reservation with a "penalty." I went elsewhere and the hotel gets paid anyway. Scam

Awful customer service
Older Hispanic woman is extremely rude. Called before arriving to let her know I’d be checking in late, she advised “it didn’t matter. Show up and they might be open” when I arrived the older Hispanic gentlemen oddly asked for a $100 deposit, when I advised that was not posted anywhere on the site I booked on, he said “go to our website. That’s where it is.” I then asked if I was checking out at 4am, if I’d receive my deposit back - his response “if we’re open.” The whole experience was awful, I would advise against spending your money here. Go to one of the other motels or hotels in town.
