On one floor, you will find a kitchen with everything you need for dalily life, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room is very well distributed and has completely renovated furniture. It has direct access to the terrace where you can enjoy the pleasant summer and spring evenings close to the swimming pool.

This charming rental house is located in the heart of the Marina Alta region, in the village of Beniarbeig. Despite its modest size, Beniarbeig offers a wide range of amenities, including supermarkets, butcher, local market, outdoor sports areas, mountain hiking trails, amongst other activities. Its privileged location makes it an ideal base for exploring the region: just 5 minutes drive from the shopping centre of Ondara, 20 minutes from the vibrant coastal town of Dènia, 14 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the area, and 16 minutes from the prestigious Oliva Golf. With its convenient location and rural charm, this house offers the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility to all the attractions the region has to offer.

The house is meticulously equipped with modern comforts including 3 splits of A/C, double glazed windows for optimal insulation, guaranteeing a comfortable environment during the summer but also during the winter. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, fridge and freezer. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer, electric boiler, hoover, broom and mop. If you wish to spend a nice summer barbecue afternoon, you can make use of the Weber charcoal BBQ available on the porch of the house. The dining room has a Smart TV. The beds in the bedrooms are: double bed 180x190 cm and two separate single beds 90x190 cm. The outdoor area consists of a large Mediterranean garden and a kidney-shaped swimming pool for adults and a pool specially made for children, which is shared with the houses that make up the neighbourhood, even though it is a very quiet and respectful area. We have also taken into account your vehicle. There is a convenient parking area next to the property.

We would like to inform you that all reservations do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service for bed linen and towels for only 20 € / person. Would you like to book this service in addition? or would you like to bring your own linen? We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 10 € extra.
Internet is available free of charge and electricity will be charged at 0,30 € / kWh after your departure. On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter and we will write down the reading and the same on the day of your departure.
