The staff in Santa Faz were very welcoming and helpful. A big thank you to them. Daily maid service. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and drinks and was included in the price I paid. The hotel itself has an original charm to it.
It's location in the Old Town area is spot on. Just a few minutes from the many bars, the Walking street and shops, and of course the beaches and headland.
I will certainly be looking to stay there again. It's non-fussiness suited me down to the ground.
24 hour reception was great and really handy as I was staying there with 2 other friends, so there was no worry about loosing keys as we could all come and go independently.
The aircon worked. The water pressure was good. Free strong wifi and a bed. What more could you want or expect from an excellently priced hotel in the middle of Old Town. Any external noise was expected as a lot of the bars in the area are open late into the night.
I am looking forward to booking again.
