O hotel é muito bom, atendimento perfeito, mimos para os hóspedes no checkin, confortável, muito limpo e café da manhã nos atendeu muito bem e o fato de ser pet friendly é maravilhoso além de ter a companhia do Bernardinho e da Priscila que são muito fofos. Porém, por ser pet friendly e cobrar a taxa deve melhorar alguns pontos a exemplo de outros hotéis que nos hospedamos como: disponibilizar tapetes higiênicos, caminhas e vasilhas de água e alimento no check in e ter um local externo com cobertura para que os pets possam fazer refeições com seus donos. Até tem uma área externa, mas com chuva e frio fica inviável o uso deste espaço. E se quiser fazer mimos também para os pets no checkin quem sabe dar algum petisco.
