Best little stay!
Super de duper cleannnnnnn. Excellent location for any beach and downtown St Joe. 2nd yr coming to this area for Labor Day and this is another winner. Lots of space for sleeping, bathroom, lounging. Great kitchen - we cooked several meals there.

Immaculate with the most PERFECT location!
We stayed 3 nights with our daughter, son-in-law and their three children. The home is well appointed, spacious and clean! Lovely large yard for passing baseball, huge back deck. Located so close to Rocky Gap Park, we chose to “beach” at this beach only. The basement isn’t spotlighted in the description, but wow, such a an added plus! Clean and bright with activities for kids and adults! We can’t wait to return!

Family girls weekend away!
We gathered all the girls in our family for a fun beach weekend. This house was perfect for us! Clean, bright, all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. The yard is so lovely and the basement was a nice unexpected bonus. We loved the air hockey and basketball games. My little niece had a great time with the play kitchen too! The rooms were very comfortable as were the beds with plenty of space for everyone. It’s nice that most of the beds are twins for this type of group but might have not worked as well with couples. Overall we had an amazing weekend and enjoyed our stay. I’d definitely rent here again!

Family Vacation
The house was clean and we have everything we needed. Five adults and four children- 5 minutes to Silver Beach and another private beach practically in the back of the neighborhood. We will return.

Excellent home!
We had a very nice stay in this remodeled home not far from St. Joe. We stayed there with family for a local wedding. It was the perfect size for 4 adults and 2 kids, but we could potentially have slept a few more given the extra beds in basement. Our kids were very excited to find that there was also air hockey and basketball in the basement- they spent a ton of time down there! All in all a perfect house for our visit - clean, modern, comfy beds, and all the necessary amenities. We will be back!
