There are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, sleeping 10 in beds with 3 queens, 1 full and 2 twins, all with new mattresses. Home is fully stocked with all amenities, wifi and self check-in. Pool area is fenced with cabana, fire pit and outdoor bar with mini fridge. There is a large backyard with a grill and patio. Driveway has parking for 4 cars and garage space can be used for bike storage, upon request. *Pool is not heated and is closed during the winter.

Great home for a group
7 friends stayed here to visit all the fall craft events . Its a great location. Beautiful pool but we couldnt use it due to the cool temps in october . Very clean , comfy beds , well equipped kitchen . Everyone was comfortable . No complaints from this group , we would definitely stay here again . Bentonville is a neat little town also .

Poolside Paradise
The pool and outdoor area is what makes this house a great place for a summertime gathering. The pool and patio are fantastic! Our group loved hanging by the pool and also the close proximity to the Bentonville square and Crystal Bridges. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, though it could use a little TLC and better mattresses on the beds.

Location was perfect, walked to Crystal Bridges and the Square 3 out of 4 days. House was clean and spacious Our two young boys refused to get out of the pool šŸ˜Š It was a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely come back!

The Best Stay in Bentonville
Sarah's property offers the best of summer fun. It's located so close to Crystal Bridges and the downtown square area. (Our group was too old for the Amazeum which is even closer!) The Grandkids (ages 6-13) had morning, afternoon and night swim times. The kitchen was well stocked and we took advantage of both the outdoor grill and the electric fire pit for evening meals and s'mores. All kinds of pool floats and toys & indoor closets of activities were available. And there's even an electric typewriter for a unique activity-- the kids had to take turns every day. The indoor and outdoor spaces were comfortable and accommodated our party of ten well. We made great memories. Thank You.

Perfect girls getaway !
We all absolutely loved the house lots of space. We all had our own room. The owner is a such a nice person, very thoughtful. Easy check in/out. Super clean and not a lot of clutter, tastefully decorated. Plenty of pool towels, floaties etc. if youā€™re wanting to stay in the area, donā€™t hesitate to book this property ! It would be the perfect house for families. I canā€™t say enough positive things about it, just book it ! Thank you for sharing your awesome property with us. Canā€™t wait to book it again !

Best House Ever!
We absolutely LOVED this house! It was perfect for our group of kids to stay at with us. So much room and the house is in a great neighborhood and we loved the space and rooms ! The hose was super helpful and easy to work with, we will be back!
