Fantastic service
We initially went to the other Clarion by mistake sat there for four hours when they told us our room was not ready then we went and walked around a while and came back after the rain stopped and they informed us we were at the wrong hotel. It would’ve been nice if they had told us initially. The front desk at the Clarion we stayed, this one, was able to contact our taxi driver to verify that we had been taken to the wrong hotel so that we would be picked up correctly, Micholas, the bartender. Was great. The breakfast is outstanding. The location is superb.

First time in Europe from the USA .I have traveled all over the US.and found this to be an outstanding stay .Knowledgeable staff 2minutes to all the attractions restaurants/shopping.The breakfast was beyond excellent.Parking close and secure.Rooms were cleaner the a hospital.Bergen showed it's best.Thank you staff.

Wrong advertisement. The bed was not a double twin or king but a queen size. Avoid the internal facing rooms and 6th floor rooms with complex structure and limited space

Four star hotel but didn’t have a phone or a mini fridge in the room despite having a mini-bar menu. Supposed harbor view showed no view of the harbor and was facing a building. Room was decent but located far away and the hallways and elevator smelled poorly and were not in the best condition. Not what I expected from clarion.
