Heerlijke midweek
Een super verblijf om een midweekje te vertoeven tussen Bergen aan Zee en Bergen. Wat een rust om hier te vertoeven, heerlijk met een boek en een goed glas wijn met een knapperend haardvuurtje. Lekker stekje

Sieht schöner aus als es ist.
Die coolen Ledersofas, die auf den Fotos zu sehen sind, stehen da nicht. Stattdessen ein Polstersofa.
Auch der Himmel ums/überm Bett ist nicht vorhanden, er liegt zusammengeknüddelt auf einem Kinderbett. Auch im Alkoven liegen zusammengeknüddelte Textilien.
Insgesamt riecht das ganze Haus furchtbar nach Staub.
Das Waschbecken im winzigen Bad ist zu klein, um sich daran die Zähne zu putzen.
Der Platz unter der Spüle, wo die Töpfe stehen, ist sehr staubig. Die Töpfe waren zum Teil nicht gespült, die Stiele der beiden Pfannen ganz locker. Eine viereckige Auflaufform hatte eine total kaputte Oberfläche und war unbenutzbar. Schubladen und Kommoden waren voll mit Zeugs von irgendwann und irgendwem, man konnte nirgends T-Shirts etc. unterbringen. Die Strahler über der Kommode im Wohnzimmer funktionierten nicht, also konnte man dort nicht lesen. Viele Kleinigkeiten waren nicht in Ordnung, was in der Summe nicht schön ist.
Alles in allem hatten wir den Eindruck, dass das Haus vor vielen Jahren sicherlich mal schön war, aber inzwischen leider verwahrlost. Und das dann für einen doch recht stolzen Preis. Sehr schade, denn an sich hat uns das Haus und der Stil sehr gut gefallen.

Wunderschönes und gemütliches Waldhäuschen
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in dem schönen Holzhaus, das perfekt zwischen Egmond, Bergen und Bergen aan Zee liegt. Alle Orte sind mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar!
Der Vermieter hat uns freundlich empfangen, er war durchgehend zu erreichen und antwortete schnell auf unsere Fragen, die sich zwischendurch ergaben. Das Haus verfügt über schnelles WLAN und abgesehen von einem Backofen und einer Waschmaschine auch sonst über alles, was man für einen 1-2 wöchigen Urlaub benötigt. Das Domizil besteht zu großen Teilen aus Holz, hat einen Kamin und ist daher unglaublich gemütlich. Dies gilt insbesondere für das im 1. Stock liegende Schlafzimmer mit Blick in den Wald. Nicht davon abschrecken lasssn, dass das Haus auf dem Grundstück der Eigentümer steht: Sie sind super nett und das Haus liegt etwas entfernt vom Haus der Vermieter und hinter Bäumen versteckt. Privatsphäre gibt es also allemal :)

The best way to enjoy Bergen
This is the 3rd time we are staying at the Schone Leij and also this time it has been a most enjoyable holidays.
The house is wonderful and Norbert is like a host should be; always helpful, having the right information and you can tell he likes to make sure everyone enjoys his beautiful cottage.
I can highly recommend this cottage for anyone (we stayed as a couple and the last 2 times with our daughters) who enjoys the beach, nature, Bergen and a nice decorated interior.
