Good size guest room, nice to have a desk and chair, some shelves and hooks, particularly in the toilet would be much appreciated. Nice breakfast area, good quality breakfast. Since most guests are multinationals, like to see staff pay more attention to people bringing in their own condiments, some could look or smell disgusting. Not supposed to bring your own food into a restaurant anyway.

Disappointing Service! My stay was decent, but the manager's behavior was unprofessional and discriminatory. Unlike other guests, when I requested an extra towel, I was met with unnecessary comments and hesitation. The hotel's amenities were satisfactory, but the manager's attitude overshadowed my experience. Recommendation: Improved customer service and staff training are needed to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
