Hotel has the old Victorian charm, with modern TV's. We stayed in the Richard Gere room, which was very nice, with comfortable bed. Very good staff for hotel, bar, and restaurant. very enjoyable stay

Noise alert
The room itself is excellent. It brings us back to a vintage era. However, the fire alarm in the town is like a disaster. It woke me up at 4 am once and you can basically hear it anywhere in Berlin. Also, if you plan to sleep before 11 pm, the noise from the restaurant might be a problem.

Loved the vintage feel to the place and the decorations! Loved that each room is different and after cleaning they leave the doors open for you to go in for a peak. If Iā€™m in the area, Iā€™ll definitely be staying again. Staff was also friendly and helpful. Location is in the middle of town within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Hotel was also quiet, you canā€™t hear anyone from your room.
