Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem interessanten GebƤude aus der damaligen DDR Zeit. Sie wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgebaut. Man kann sehr schƶne Tage hier verbringen. Auch fĆ¼r Abstellmƶglichkeiten der RƤder ist gesorgt. Wir hatten eine schƶne Zeit.

An der Sauberkeit in der Wohnung sowie am Haus muss gearbeitet werden. Das Geschirr und die Kaffeemaschine teilweise verschmutzt. Sehr wenig Fernsehprogramme vorhanden.

Die Ferienwohnung war gepflegt und sauber. Bis zur kleinen Badestelle sind es wirklich nur wenige Schritte um das Haus herum. Gerade mit 2 kleinen Kindern hat uns gut gefallen, dass die Wohnung ausreichend Platz hatte und gerƤumig war.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist optimal fĆ¼r SpaziergƤnge und Fahrrad fahren. Der untere Bereich der Wohnung (1. Etage) ist sehr gerƤumig und bietet reichlich Stauraum. Von dem groƟen Panoramafenster (und dem Balkon) aus kann man direkt auf den See, den Spielplatz und die Badestelle schauen. Eine sehr steile und enge Treppe fĆ¼hrt zum Schlafbereich, der sich im Spitzgiebel befindet. Das Herauftragen eines Koffers gestaltet sich als eine echte Herausforderung. Oben angekommen muss man erst einmal den Kopf einziehen und sich in eine BĆ¼ckhaltung begeben, um sich nicht den Kopf anzustoƟen. Dies gilt im Besonderen auch fĆ¼r den Bereich um das Doppelbett. Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten im Ort gibt es leider nicht - auch einen BƤcker sucht man vergebens. Bei der Buchung wurde uns versichert, dass es einen verschlieƟbaren Schuppen gƤbe, in dem wir unsere FahrrƤder sicher unterbringen kƶnnten. Uns war bekannt, dass der Schuppen allen Hausbewohnern zur VerfĆ¼gung stand. Wir konnten jedoch nicht ahnen, dass es hierfĆ¼r nur einen einzigen SchlĆ¼ssel gab, der an dem Baum vor dem Schuppen fĆ¼r alle (!!!) -und somit auch fĆ¼r Fremde- frei zugƤnglich hing. In dem Schuppen selbst gab es keine Mƶglichkeit, die RƤder anzuschlieƟen. Bei Verlust wƤren unsere RƤder nicht einmal versichert gewesen. Eine alternative Unterbringungsmƶglichkeit konnte uns nicht angeboten werde. Das geht so nicht!

Schƶne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage
Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern fĆ¼nf Tage zu Gast. Die Wohnung ist komplett und modern eingerichtet und auch in der KĆ¼che findet man alles was man braucht. Die Lage am See mit dem Spielplatz vor der TĆ¼r machen es nahezu perfekt.

Wunderbare Outdoor-Erholung
Das Haus steht am See in sehr ruhiger Lage. Es ist wunderbar, bei Sonnenaufgang vom Vogelgezwitscher geweckt zu werden. Zu FuƟ oder mit dem Fahrrad durch die Gegend zu wandern, wird Sie mit Abwechslung erfreuen.

Ganz einfach: eine tolle Unterkunft in toller Lage. Wer sich in der Natur wohl fĆ¼hlt, kann mit dieser Ferienwohnung nichts falsch machen. Durch die riesige Fensterfront ist man immer in Kontakt zur AuƟenwelt, natĆ¼rlich, ohne dass die Bequemlichkeit darunter leiden muss ;-).

FĆ¼r uns waren es 5 ruhige schƶne Tage. Wir hatten unsere FahrrƤder dabei und sind jeden Tag in eine andere Himmelsrichtung gefahren. Abends konnten wir in der gut ausgestatteten KĆ¼che kochen und haben die Sauna genutzt. FĆ¼r die Sauna ist zu empfehlen, eigene HandtĆ¼cher mitzubringen! Eine tolle Auszeit aus dem Corona Alltag šŸ„³

Die groƟe, gemĆ¼tliche Wohnung mit einem komplett neuwertigen Interieur liegt genau am Schwielowsee. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch der Ort sind perfekt zum Entspannen und Erholen (eine Sauna ist auch vorhanden). Der Gastgeber ist auf alle unsere WĆ¼nsche eingegangen. Perfekt fĆ¼r Familien und Paaren. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt und werden bald wiederkommen (nur 50 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt von Berlin Mitte!).

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfĆ¼llt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und insbesondere der Ausblick vom Bett zum See ist ein Traum. Auch vom Wohnzimmer hat man einen wunderschƶnen Seeblick. Ferch ist eine gute Wahl fĆ¼r Touren in der schƶnen Umgebung. Es war ƤuƟerst ruhig und erholsam.
