Housed in the most central district of Berlin (Mitte), Guesthouse Moabitā€™s apartments are in a quiet street within a lively central neighbourhood that is well connected to the local sights. The nearest subway station, TurmstraƟe, can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot, the metro station Beusselstrasse is just 10 minutes by foot or a 3 minute bus trip away; and many buses to get around the city are accessible in under 3 minutes. A direct bus to the central train station allows a comfortable commute to BER airport by train.

The apartments are bright, cosy, and seek to create a homelike atmosphere. A gorgeous property, better than I thought it would be from the photos. Lovely big windows with lots of light, although no black out curtains so might need an eye mask. Lovely wee kitchen perfect for making breakfast before venturing out for the day. The hot water in the bathroom is a bit temperamental but easy to get the hang of. Was sooo grateful to the manager for making accomodations for me on my arrival, he's super friendly! Great location, lots of transport links nearby and food spots/cafes. All in all a wonderful stay - thank you!

Good Location but Not Nice Rooms!
The rooms are dirty and not well kept. The towels we got had stains and weren't even changed! Everything felt old and dirty. Also, the pictures are misleading, as they show one big bed for two people. Instead, we got two single beds next to each other, which could not be put together, due to the bedframe. The mattresses were really old and by laying on them, you could really feel how you got sacked to the middle. The location and surroundings are nice, but we tried to spend as little time as possible in the room!

Loved Gregor's Apartment!
Gregor was very communicative from the start and was able to meet us right when we arrived. The apartment is as advertised: cozy, clean - the perfect size for two or maybe three people. Located conveniently to public transportation. Gregor also gave us some great neighborhood recommendations, too - so all in all, a wonderful stay!

Great experience for a great price!
We stayed at this small apartment for 3 days and had a great experience. The checkin was very smooth and the property owner was very responsive and nice! It was a perfect location for myself, my husband, and my elderly father to spend time exploring Berlin and had very easy access to public transport. I would definitely recommend this property!

Nie wieder. Schimmel im Backofen
Die Wohnung ist ƤuƟerst klein und keineswegs fĆ¼r drei Personen geeignet. Sie besteht aus einem einzigen Raum mit drei Betten und einem Tisch, der trotz mehrfacher Reinigung klebrig blieb. Die angrenzende KĆ¼che war in einem katastrophalen Zustand: Der Ofen wirkte wie aus dem letzten Jahrhundert, und im Backofen befanden sich Schimmel und Schmutz. Ich habe dies mit Fotos dokumentiert. Das Inserat war irrefĆ¼hrend. Der Vermieter hatte offenbar mindestens zwei verschiedene Objekte in einer Anzeige kombiniert, sodass fĆ¼r mich nicht ersichtlich war, dass es sich bei der Wohnung um lediglich ein Zimmer handelt. Wir waren vier Tage in Berlin. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, mit ƶffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und GeschƤften in der NƤhe.

Aufenthalt in super schmuddeliger Unterkunft nicht zu empfehlen
Super nette und gute Kommunikation vorab und zum Check in. Zudem war die Lage fĆ¼r den Berlin Marathon gut. Das warā€™s aber leider auch an positiven Aspekten. Die Wohnung ist super dreckig und schmuddelig, sehr viele Dinge sind nicht nur in die Jahre gekommen, sondern einfach kaputt (Lƶcher im Boden, kaputte Fliesen im Bad, keine Halterung fĆ¼r den Duschkopf, siffiger Spiegelschrank, dreckiger Ofen, nur halb funktionaler Herd, dreckiger KĆ¼hlschrank ohne Licht etc.). Wir waren wirklich super enttƤuscht und haben so wenig Zeit wie mƶglich dort verbracht. Besonders KĆ¼che und Bad sind m.E. in keinem Zustand zur Vermietung. Das ist lediglich Abzocke, zumal der Preis zum Marathon natĆ¼rlich auch entsprechend erhƶht wurde. Aus diesen GrĆ¼nden kann ich die super Bewertung auf der Plattform keinesfalls nachvollziehen, zumindest fĆ¼r diese Wohnung.

Eine sehr ruhige Wohnung im Hinterhaus, das zentral in Moabit liegt. Studentenfeeling. Die Wohnung war sauber aber das Bad uralt und hatte nur zwei Handtuchhaken, ebenso die KĆ¼chenzeile war alt und beim Ofen fehlte ein Drehschalter. Wir haben uns aber wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Empfang sehr freundlich.

Gerne wieder!
Der Aufenthalt in der kleinen GƤstewohnung war super. Die Wohnung ist im Hof in einem SeitengebƤude, dessen Wohnungen alle Ferienwohnungen sind. Es war ruhig, sauber und in der Wohnung gab es alle Basics, die es braucht. Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Auch die Kommunikation und der Check-In lief reibungslos. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

The apartment was okay, nothing extraordinary but at a good price. The check-in procedure was perfect and the host very nice and helpful. In general I found it clean even though there was some mold in the bathroom and the shower could use some improvements. Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war einfach fantastisch! Wir waren mit unserem einjƤhrigen Kind und unserem Hund dort untergekommen und sind rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung mag zwar klein sein, aber sie bietet alles, was man fĆ¼r einen gemĆ¼tlichen und komfortablen Urlaub braucht. Die Gastgeber waren ƤuƟerst zuvorkommend und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Sie haben sich wirklich darum gekĆ¼mmert, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Abreise haben sie uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war offensichtlich, dass die Gastgeber viel Wert auf Details legen und dafĆ¼r sorgen, dass sich ihre GƤste wie zu Hause fĆ¼hlen. Das Zimmer war gemĆ¼tlich und komfortabel, und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefĆ¼hlt. Trotz der begrenzten FlƤche war genĆ¼gend Platz fĆ¼r uns und unser Kind, und auch der Hund hatte genug Platz. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war ebenfalls ideal. Es waren alle wichtigen SehenswĆ¼rdigkeiten und Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten gut erreichbar. Alles in allem kƶnnen wir diese Ferienwohnung wƤrmstens empfehlen. Sie bietet alles, was man fĆ¼r einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht: eine gemĆ¼tliche Unterkunft, freundliche Gastgeber und eine tolle Lage. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freuen uns schon jetzt darauf, unseren nƤchsten Urlaub dort zu verbringen. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber fĆ¼r ihre herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Tolle zentrale Unterkunft
Tolle Unterkunft mitten in Moabit und doch total ruhig gelegen. Wir wurden sehr nett und unkompliziert empfangen und haben uns gleich wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Das Apartment ist gut geschnitten, hat einen tollen Dielenboden, hohe Altbaudecken und groƟe Fenster. Die KĆ¼che ist top ausgestattet und bietet alles was man braucht (sogar GewĆ¼rze, Ɩl etc.). Im Hausflur gibt es sogar Spiele und BĆ¼cher zum Ausleihen :) Wir kƶnnen das Apartment wƤrmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder !

Nous avons passĆ© un excellent sĆ©jour Ć  3 dans l'appartement nĀ°4 (Il y a une dizaine d'appartements dans la cage d'escalier "ghesthouse" , 2 apparts par palier) Beaucoup de points positifs pour cette location: dĆ©co agrĆ©able, propretĆ©, bons lits, mĆ©tro Turmstrasse Ć  15', produits fournis (PQ, sopalin, produit vaisselle, sacs poubelle), calme, quartier plein de restos, 2 stations de mĆ©tro seulement du zoo... Quelques points nĆ©gatifs: pas de rideaux occultants, salle de bain vieillotte, peu de plats dans la cuisine (notamment plats allant au four; donc pas aisĆ© pour les repas du soir mais OK pour petits dĆ©jeuners).

Erstmal zum Positiven: Die Lage der Wohnung und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter waren einwandfrei. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr renovierungsbedĆ¼rftig. Im Badezimmer gibt es lediglich zwei Hacken zum AufhƤngen der Hand bzw. BadetĆ¼cher. Die Silikon- und Fliesenfugen sind sehr stark verschimmelt. Eine Duschstange sowie Ablagemƶglichkeit fĆ¼r Duschgel und Shampoo sind nicht vorhanden. Die EinbaukĆ¼che ist in die Jahre gekommen.
