Beautiful hotel in great location. Rooms and beds are clean too. The staff was very pleasant although the lady checking me in this last time seemed a little short with me. She was efficient though. The rest of the staff were otherwise exceptional towards me. Im surprised no fridge in the big rooms for keeping drinks cold and no tea cups or proper kettle for those that cant drink coffee.

The hotel as well as the restaurant and bar are beautiful with high quality interior design. The service was friendly and smooth. The separately paid breakfast was not exceptionally unique, but the food selection was diverse and of high quality. Dinner at the restaurant - especially the pulpo dish - was definitely top notch! The location was very close to everywhere we wanted to go by foot in Friedrichshain, so we were really happy about it!

The hotel is new, great infraestructure and a beautiful design. However, the staff is not well trained. Also few of them speak english, which made our stay uncomfortable.

The accommodation was very clean, quiet, and luxuriously made up. The beds are amazing. If you have the uber app you can get to the center within 10 minutes. Our stay was very pleasant and would definately book again. The hotel itself is also very beautyfull.

Hatten das Signature Zimmer gebucht, da es mit Balkon beworben wurde. Unser Zimmer war im Grünen Haus (Hotel besteht aus Drei Häusern), Fenster zur befahrenen Straße und der Balkon war eher ein Austritt. Nach Ruecksprache mit der Rezeption wurde uns dann ein Zimmer mit richtigem Balkon gegeben, dieses jedoch wiederum mit Blick auf die Straße. Somit wuerde ich das grüne Haus nicht empfehlen. Das Zuvorkommen des Servicepersonals war jedoch super. Die Zimmer selber sind sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Stylisch, jedoch keine Bild an der Wand oder Deko. Im Bad sind Haken nur in(?) der Dusche…nicht außerhalb der Duschkabine, seltsam Bett, war sehr bequem. Klimaanlage konnte man selbst regulieren, jedoch etwas laut.

Fantastisk hotel
Virkeligt lækker hotel - lidt til den dyre ende - men der er masser af f.eks. morgenmadsrestauranter i nærheden. Virkeligt gode transportmuligheder til byen - sporvognene kører næsten fra døren. Hotellet er meget stille - kan virkeligt anbefales

Hübsches Hotel in guter Lage! Sauber, tolle Zimmer, moderne Einrichtung. Service, eher ein naja: das Wasser in meinem Zimmer funktionierte nicht richtig und am Morgen meiner Abreise, überhaupt nicht mehr. Als ich deswegen bei der Rezeption war, wurde mir nur gesagt, sie schicken gleich jemanden und ich wurde vor allen dort wartenden Gästen gefragt, ob ich denn jetzt nicht geduscht habe. Nicht mein Verständnis von Service und Freundlichkeit. Als ich eine halbe Stunde später auscheckte, wurde sich weder entschuldigt, noch wurde mir irgendwas (egal was) als Entschädigung angeboten. Schade eigentlich, jedenfalls für mich der letzte Besuch.
