This place is 10 minutes walk from train station. One bus is right in front of the building. I donā€™t like the decoration on the wall. Other than that, the room is very spacious, with all the kitchen stuff you need. It does have lift. Was very happy with my stay.

Great hotel; super comfortable and clean. Staff very helpful and kind. Good location in a quiet neighborhood. No elevator so be prepared to take tour bags up several flights of stairs

I LOVED the place! so much space! Elegant, Clean, great lighting, enormous shower. I was a bit nervous upon arrival with the digital entry because I didn't understand I needed to hold my phone so close to the door handle. And I was low on phone battery. But it worked brilliantly! 10 minutes walk to the Ku'Dam blvd with lots of restaurants and shops!

Wunderbare kleine oder auch grĆ¶ĆŸere Appartments. Ich habe inzwischen mehrfach hier Ć¼bernachtet. Unmittelbar vor dem GebƤude liegt die Stadtautobahn. Insofern sind die Zimmer mit Balkon die bessere Wahl, da zum Hinterhof gerichtet. Einen Parkplatz habe ich bis dato immer unmittelbar vor dem GebƤude gefunden. Die Wohnungen sind sehr gut ausgestattet, Max eine Klimaanlage wƤre noch wĆ¼nschenswert. Die Zimmer haben aber alle eine Standventilator. Das Gym im EG ist der Hammer und mit professionellen Technogym-GerƤten ausgestattet. Ich freue mich aufs nƤchste Mal!

The faces was a good little apartment for a short stay. The bed wasnt that comfortable but thats probably because it was too hard for our liking. Also the shower leaked and the walls were abit scruffy. Is is next to the main motorway which can be noisey but nothing that would keep you awake at night.

the floors are absolute disgusting. I had to wipe my feet just to get into bed so I wouldnā€™t drag any of the stuff into it. I picked up a cooking pan provided and it immediately snapped off its handle. I noticed that where the handle was, there was dry glue. Which means they continuously super glue it and then when they found it broken, they tried to charge me ā‚¬20. The cleaning staff only came twice (one of the times I declined because they came at night) which is fine if it wasnā€™t for the fact that they only provided me with 1 towel for my 10 night stay! My phone died and I had my key on it for the building so I contacted the hotel. No one was even at the front desk so one of the workers had to drive over to provide me with a key and then got unusually angry at me for even suggesting he sends an access code to my bfā€™s phone because ā€œheā€™s not a guest hereā€ and then got even more angry me because my bf was even with me! My boyfriend wasnā€™t even spending the night. Just making sure I got into my room safely. The worker said ā€œthis isnā€™t an apartment. You canā€™t just come and go as you pleaseā€¦ā€ I literally can. Iā€™m not a child, you are not my parent. Then, the cleaning service came at 11am trying to kick me out when Iā€™m not even fully packed or dressed to leave. She knocked on my door 3 times yelling ā€œ11!ā€. I showed her the email saying that check out was 12 and she kept saying ā€œno!ā€ I called the hotel and she finally stopped harassing me. Overall, a really horrible experience

Check-In umstƤndlich und langwierig. Hatte noch nie eine solche Liste an Bedingungen. Obwohl vorab eingecheckt, sƤmtliche Daten erneut abgefragt, den erstellten QR- Code wollte niemand sehen. Appartement zum Innenhof ruhig und recht groƟ. Woher der penetrant sƤuerliche Geruch bei Anreise kam, lieƟ sich nicht ergrĆ¼nden. Alles sauber, Bett etwas weich.
