Very nice hotel, convenient location near S and tram station, pharmacy and supermarket. Spacious room for a family of four. Only thing i missed was a mini fridge in the room.

Average, not a great area.
Very mediocre hotel akin to a UK travelodge. Bathroom was tiny and the door didn't close properly. One tiny pillow on the bed. Bed was comfy and I slept well, that's about the best of it. The common areas were absolutely filthy. The area itself was also not the best. I'd be looking elsewhere.

We loved our room. It has four comfortable twin beds and walk in closet. We wish there was a mini fridge but we were still very satisfied with the room and how spacious it was. There was a grocery store in the same building which was very convenient. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay
Great hotel although there are 3 with the same name so make a note of the street name. Staff are very helpful, very friendly and happy. I would stay again if I visit Berlin. The hotel is right by tram and train stations.

Excellent service convenient location near tram
This was a nice affordable option for my family of four. The room had a fold out couch and full sized bed. The service was excellent and they were very kind to accommodate our early arrival. The location is less than a block away from the train and tram for an easy 15 minute tram ride to Alexander Platz. Tasty pastries available in the lobby.
