Overall, very good experience. Main drawback was wi.fi only in public areas. Also, small en suite bathroom, and poor quality, thin, towels. But food, service, location all excellent.

The food and the people in the hotel were wonderful. The quality and homeliness were very welcoming. They knew me as I entered the hotel and handed me my key... The room was comfortable, clean and had a wonderful view over the town square.

Schönes zimmer. Das bad war für 4 sterne hotel leider schlecht. Die dusche hat schimmel an den türen und wänden. Das wasser kam teilweise sehr heiss oder eiskalt. Auch der service im hoteleigenen restaurant war schwierig. Bestellungen wurden mehrfach nicht verstanden

s hat uns gut gefallen.
Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage und der Möglichkeit im Hause gut zu Essen. Das Essen, das Frühstück und das Zimmer selbst haben uns gut getan und wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

クリスマスマーケットに行くため、宿泊しました。クリスマスマーケットは目の前で立地は最高です。スタッフの方もドイツ語がわからないとわかると英語がわかるスタッフを連れてきてくれ、とても丁寧に対応してくださいました。 駅からホテルまで歩きましたが、かなり急な上り坂で、しかも石畳のため大きなスーツケースだとかなり大変です。
