Room, staff, location and food were great. The description of parking on Hotels.com was misleading. I filtered search results to show only hotels with "free parking" because this was crucial for me. On the basis that there was free parking I booked this hotel. Immediately after making a non refundable booking i received an email advising that free parking is not guaranteed. I replied stating that the description clearly said "free parking", I was directed to the "at a glance" section which does mention that parking space is limited but, in my opinion, if i filter for "free parking" I should only see hotels which actually have free parking. The car park is very small. I arrived at 230pm and there were only three spaces. Since i was able to park everything was cool but hotels.com needs to adjust the listing to more accurately reflect the true parking situation.
