Ótima residência pra família , local bem tranquilo e seguro , as crianças se divertiram muito Bem Proximo ao comércio local do condomínio A casa estava bem limpinha, a proprietaria da residência sempre bem solicita Conhecemos a sede social da morada da praia e aproveitamos para as crianças se divertiram lá também A praia e bem pertinho também pra quem quiser ir andando tambem consegue , mas como estávamos com crianças paramos os carros proximo a entrada do condomínio Adoramos o local e indico a quem quiser passar dias tranquilos lá Agradeço novamente para Rose pela atenção dada nos dias que fiquei hospedado

Casa completa e organizada.
Gostamos muito da casa, é bem localizada, tem um ótimo espaço para família, muito bem equipada com fogões, geladeiras, máquina de lavar (um diferencial) e estava tudo funcionando perfeitamente. A casa estava bem organizada e tem tudo que precisamos para passar uma temporada. Mas a limpeza deixou a desejar. Tem teia de aranha no teto dentro dos armários, os ventiladores estão com bastante sujeira nas pás, os aparelhos de ar condicionado estão empoeirados e com teias de aranha em cima, as telas das janelas e das portas tinham teias e mosquitos mortos, e todos os colchões estavam empoeirados, com grãos de areia e o pior e que pelo menos quatro deles estavam com forte odor de urina. Tivemos que tirar as capas, lavar e colocar os colchões no sol. Vale ressaltar que qualquer um que entrasse no quarto sentiria o mal cheiro. Estou pontuando esses detalhes, pois fiquei bem desconfortável. Avisamos a proprietária (Rose), que se desculpou e ficou de verificar o ocorrido.

A casa é como descrita no anúncio. Tudo muito organizado e limpo e aconchegante. A área externa também é ótima. A localização é muito boa, perto da praia e do centro comercial do condominio. Gostamos de tudo na casa como o anuncio, a proprietária Rose muito atenciosa, respondeu todas as nossas dúvidas na hora. Toda a casa é bem equipada com ventiladores e ar condicionados, rede nas janelas contra os pernilongos. Todos colchões e travesseiros com capas, as duas cozinhas com todos os utensilios que precisamos Adoramos, com certeza iremos voltar numa proxima oportunidade.

Lugar maravilhoso para viver momentos muito legais!
A casa da Rose é bem de acordo com o que está descrito no anúncio! Confortável, aconchegante, bem equipada, wifi de ótima qualidade em todo o terreno. As janelas tem telas para ajudar com os mosquitos, mas vale lembrar de fechar as portas no fim da tarde. A localização também é ótima! Perto da praia o suficiente para ir caminhando, e também próximo ao centro comercial do condomínio (que tem de tudo, viu? mercadinho, coisas de churrasco, padaria, farmácia melhor que as de fora do condomínio etc). A comunicação com a Rose foi bem tranquila também, e ela se manteve à disposição para todas as dúvidas e observaçoes que tivemos ao longo da estadia. Uma observação: alguns colchões, como o de casal, acredito que sejam ortopédicos. Outros são mais macios. :) Casa altamente recomendada. Não esqueçam do repelente!

Elogiar esta estadia é chover no molhado. A casa, além de prática, possui todos equipamentos necessários para conforto e bem estar. A casa é bem maior do que aparenta nas fotos. O condomínio lembra uma cidade do interior, com segurança e comércio que atende as necessidades. Para chegar na praia, existe uma passarela que atravessa a estrada que é bem movimentada neste trecho. Ciclovia e pista para caminhada e corrida na avenida central! A vista para a Serra do Mar é sensacional!! Com certeza voltarei mais vezes!!!

Adoramos nossa estadia, a casa é simples porém aconchegante e tem tudo que precisamos ! Ar condicionado em todos os quartos, 2 cozinhas completas, onde uma fica integrada com a área de lazer. Cozinha bem equipada !! Localização muito boa , íamos a pé para praia e também para o mercado, farmácia etc . Não tivemos problema nenhum , e a Rose foi ótima !!
