Nous avons réservé deux nuits par internet. A notre arrivée , on nous à donner un code pour une seule nuit. Dans la chambre il y avait une couette qui couvrait que les deux tiers du lit. A notre arrivée pour notre deuxième nuit, le code d'accès était invalide, impossible d'entrer. Se sont deux voyageurs Anglais qui nous ont ouvert la porte. Personne à l'accueil, aucune réponse téléphonique. attendre que le réceptionniste revienne pour nous donner un nouveau code et nous changer la couette. Petit déjeuner : pas la peine de nous demander des demandes spéciales (sans gluten) elles ne sont ni lues ni appliquées. Deuxième petit déjeuner : plus de thé à la menthe ! faut faire avec ce qu'il y a !
