Perfect location for skiing, snowmobiling/ATVs, mountain biking, and hiking. Snow Otter Haus is a 2-minute walk to the lifts, a 10-minute drive to Snowriver, a 10-minute ride to the snowmobile/ATV trails (no need to trailer your machine to the trails), 10 minutes to the hiking and mountain biking at Copper Peak, and 15 minutes to the waterfall trails on Black River.

Cozy chalet in the mountains
The chalet was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. It sits tucked at the base of big Powderhorn mountain, so it’s right in the woods and surrounded by nature and walking trails. The check-in process was easy and our stay, although one night, was quite enjoyable. Don’t miss the opportunity to view the waterfalls nearby and to travel to the top of the ski flying hill at Copper Peak.
