New in 2020- LVP flooring.

Wireless internet. Large deck. Pool & shuttle to the beach are steps away. Dining room seats six. Facilities include indoor/outdoor pools, fitness center, and tennis facilities. (Sea Colony charges a badge fee upon check in. Season badge fee: 01/01 to 05/07-$15, 05/08 to 06/11-$25, 06/12 to 09/17-$55, 09/18 to 09/24-$25, 09/25 to 12/31-$15. Guest badges are required for each person per length of stay, ages 4 and up and are available at the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe. These badges are required for all guest/renters and must be worn while on Sea Colony property. The badge fee covers your parking passes(2 per property).

Great beach stay!
We had a fabulous time at this Sea Colony rental. The house was exactly as described, very clean, and offered everything that we needed. The hosts communicated well and provided clear details about check in and check out. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great spot at Sea Colony!
We enjoyed our stay here very much. The hosts were great and communicative before and during the stay. Location was good - easy to get to the beach, tennis, and fitness center. The house had all the kitchen supplies we could need and lots of fun games. The only thing I’d flag is that there was a resort fee upon arrival, which I was not aware of. Overall, it was a lovely place I’d highly recommend!

Beautifully decorated and great location
We greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated home at Sea Colony. A great pool is steps away, and it’s walkable to the large aquatic center. Trolley shuttle to the beach on the corner, and quick drive to Ocean City, Rehoboth and Dewey for day trips. Everything was spotless and worked perfectly. Easy check in and check out experience, and Penny was super communicative.

Everything we needed close to the beach
Excellent for a family of 5 (three teens). Our favorite aspects: close to tennis, pickleball, and a pool practically off the back deck. We grilled a lot and played games from the game chest. There were tram stops on either end of the road. Master bed with bathroom great for mom and dad. Penny communicated regularly with us throughout the check-in process and we literally had no issues our entire week there. Hope to stay again in the future.

Family time
This was my 2nd time to Sea colony and I loved this place. Fully equipped kitchen, we were able to cook and have friends for dinner. There was a bbq that was old but worked. Definitely needed bbq utensils and a brush to clean the grill. Has a washer/dryer and they worked but the dryer could be up dated took a long to dry towels. Comfortable beds. Very clean and smelled amazing. We would definitely go back.

We have stayed in several similar places in Sea Colony and this was the best for us. Location: It is very close to the tram stop, feet from a heated pool, easy walk to the fitness center, splash pad and basketball/sports area. The kitchen is well stocked, there are beach toys, kids games,etc. The mattresses are very comfortable. The place is well lit. The owners were super responsive It checked all our boxes!

Great place for us to enjoy our vacation with our family! Could not think of anything more that they could of provided for our stay. Beautiful home, plenty of space, and well stocked. Great Location and Decor
I grew up going to Sea Colony and wanted to share that experience with my kids. Sea Colony is perfect for the family. There are a ton of pools (10 outdoor and 2 indoor) and a private beach. Always something to do with the kids. It's a very active community with a great tennis/pickleball center. This was a little beach oasis and perfect for the family. Located a stone's throw from an outdoor pool, 3 blocks from a new splash pad, and right near a tram stop to the beach; so it's easy to enjoy the pools and the beach. The enclosed deck was perfect for dinners and letting the toddlers play in a safe space. The owners could not be nicer, they provided all necessary information and checked in to make sure everything was up to standard. The beach decor was super cute and made the house shine. The floors are beautiful and new, but other parts are not updated (BUT still functional). We really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return.

Fall Get Away
This has been our second experience in Sea Colony in this particular rental. We enjoy the comforts of the furniture,the well stocked kitchen,and the location of the unit. The deck provides privacy for some outdoor dining. October is perfect for renting in Sea Colony as the amount of visitors is minimal.

Great Location
Pool is just a few steps away and access to the tram that takes you to the beach is less than a half block away. So many amenities, pool...tram to take you to the beach, great walk ways, are just a few that we used. This is our 2nd year staying here and will probably rent again for next year. Owners are very accessible if needed.

Perfect Beach Vacation
We had a wonderful time. The property is true to it's description. Very clean and beautifully decorated. It is a two bedroom home and is spacious inside. I visited with my children and my sister. Comfy beds, great living room and dining room area and there is a pool right outside!!

Third times a charm!!!
I need stayed at Sea Colony three times and this unit was by far the cleanest loveliest unit with the best location by the pool. I loved it!! The owner communicates and is super helpful through the process. Total family vacay win!!!

The unit is great. It worked perfect for us not being able to rent for a whole week. The unit is very nicely updated with beach decor and is very clean. I will definitely be renting this unit again in the future. Penny was also very nice to work with

Great Weekend Getaway
We had a great stay at this beach condo, which is conveniently located to the beach, Bethany Boardwalk and all of the Sea Colony community amenities (walking trails, pools, tennis, fitness center). The place is cozy, with cute beach-themed decor, comfortable beds and living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, etc. and the spacious outdoor deck and outdoor shower are an added bonus. The owners were helpful and communicative throughout. We would definitely visit again!

We came toBethany Beach for Bicycling event. Being near beach was nice but not necessary So this worked fine. Would have liked more TV stations as on a rainy day everything I wanted to watch was not available... but we made do.
