relaxation mode. Ideally located in Betty’s Bay in the Western Cape,
guests will be a short distance away from shops and restaurants as well
as the Stony Point Penguin Colony and magnificent beaches.

The top floor of this villa boasts a stunning and spacious living area
which includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table comfortably
seating 10 people, a cozy lounge with a flat screen TV and an intimate
sitting area. Leading out from the living area, through glass sliding
doors is a gorgeous wrap-around-deck with the most breathtaking ocean
views from every direction. The outside deck area offers an outdoor
braai facility and comfortable outdoor furniture, perfect for
entertaining. The master bedroom with a luxurious en-suite bathroom is
also situated upstairs.

The lower level of the property houses the remaining 3 bedrooms, a
shared bathroom and guest toilet. Two of the bedrooms offer en-suite
bathrooms with the third room making use of the shared bathroom. All 4
bedrooms have large glass sliding doors showing off an endless display
of beautiful views.
