Entrance to the property is through the front garden from West Parade via a glass fronted sun lounge with cane lounging chairs. Entry to the sitting/dining room is to the right and there is another door opening into the second bedroom. The sitting/dining room has a bay window facing south and the room is furnished with a drop leaf dining table and four dining chairs. There is a sofa and two armchairs. The room has close fitted carpet. Adjacent to the sitting room is the second bedroom, also facing south, with two single beds, a fitted wardrobe and wash basin. Alongside the kitchen is a small WC with hand basin. Between the sitting room and the kitchen is a shower room with WC, bidet and hand basin. The master bedroom is at the rear of the property. It has a double bed and ample walk-in wardrobe space. The kitchen is reached along a short corridor and has all modern conveniences for a comfortable stay, whether just making breakfast or cooking a full scale meal.

Lovely host and the property was perfect ,loved the sun room perfect for just sitting and relaxing ,the beds were very comfortable and lovely big towels overall had everything we needed. Lovely stay in Jill's flat. Easy to find. Literally across the street from the beach. Great running on the promenade and over the hill to Hastings. Short walk past the Pavilion into town for restaurants and shops.

Lovely flat in a perfect location.
Friendly host was at the property to welcome us and show us around the flat which was very spacious, well presented with a kitchen which was very well stocked with cooking utensils and crockery so ideal for a self catering flat. We had sole use of a beautiful little garden filled with flowers and birds and a sun lounge to enjoy, and the beach was only a minute away and the De La Warr pavillion and town centre were only minutes away. We thought it was very good value for money and would recommend it.

Beautiful Bexhill
This flat is wonderful, directly across the street from the promenade and beach, and with the most gorgeous garden full of flowers, birds, and one evening a curious fox who was almost into the sun-room while we were eating dinner! The parking was ideal, particularly now that Bexhill charges for all the on-street parking. We loved being out on the promenade for walks within 20 seconds, and into the town centre within a couple of minutes for the shops, restaurants, and spa treatments. The flat is clean and bright and so spacious - the sun-room overlooking the garden is especially fantastic at any time of day, and in all weathers. It is a bit old-fashioned, but that is not a bad thing - it felt very much like home, rather than a hotel-vibe, so we relaxed immediately. Having basins in both bedrooms, plus the bathroom and a further loo was very convenient. We had a very comfortable stay, and definitely hope to get back soon to this property. The owner Jill is friendly, helpful, and available if needed, without being at all intrusive, and very promptly answered a number of questions in advance of our stay.

Lots of space, conservatory and garden are an added bonus, particularly as the apartment is directly opposite the beach. Gill, as always is friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. This is our 4th visit - hope to be back next year. Definitely recommend this place

Our only ‘gripe’ was that we felt slightly uncomfortable because the door which separates the apartment from the owners upstairs, seemingly didn’t close properly....

We loved our stay and wish to visit again
The flat was perfect for us. It was a week of recuperation for my dad who was relaxing after having 3 operations for cancer. He was able to take his time, walk round the town, visit De la Warr and it’s bonkers exhibitions, enjoy the sunrises, sunsets and I could spend time with him along with the odd family visitor from London. Perfect!
