Lovely house in a perfect location
The location is perfect with shops and restaurants within 1 minute and a short walk to several beaches. The house is very spacious and served us very well as a large family group, in particular the large well equipped kitchen. The garden is a very nice outdoor space great for communal dining. We enjoyed the outdoor shower! If you visit in hot weather like we did I would recommend taking some plug in mosquito repellant.

Great house in Biarritz
The location of the house is outstanding. Having a garage made it so much easier than having to look for parking. We really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was, we cooked several meals at the house. We were here with our adult children and their wives and having two floors worked out great for privacy.

Detta Ƥr ett magnifikt boende i centrala Biarritz, pƄ nƤra promenadavstƄnd till strand, bageri, shoppingstrƄk, saluhall, restauranter och bussanslutningar till och frƄn flygplatsen. I bottenvƄningen finns tre sovrum med egen dusch och handfat, pƄ ƶvervƄningen ett sovrum med anslutande badrum + ett stort och bekvƤmt vardagsrum/matsal samt ett rymligt och synnerligen vƤlutrustat kƶk. FrƄn kƶket fƄr man tillgƄng till en rymlig, stilla, solig och insynsskyddad trƤterrass med matplats, utedusch och hƤngmattor. Ett paradis! Vi bodde sex vuxna (tvƄ fƶrƤldrar och fyra vuxna barn) i huset under en vecka och trivdes enormt vƤl. Boendets vƤrdinna/concierge var ƤlskvƤrt vƤlkomnande och tillmƶtesgƄende, samt lƤtt att kommunicera med (ocksƄ pƄ engelska). Hon vinnlade sig verkligen om att vƄr vistelse skulle bli den bƤsta tƤnkbara. Och det blev den! Vi saknade ingenting dessa dagar och kommer att leva lƤnge pƄ minnet av denna underbara vistelse.

Magnifique sĆ©jour en famille dans cette location sur deux niveaux : le rez de jardin et l'entresol. De la place pour tout le monde pour de longues soirees trĆØs sympathiques sur la grande terrasse Ć  l'arriĆØre de la maison, ou pour cuisiner tous ensemble dans la grande cuisine surrequipĆ©e (le propriĆ©taire nous laisse tout le matĆ©riel). Les deux derniĆØres Ć©tages de la maison sont occupĆ©s par d'autres locataires, mais la cohabitation est trĆØs facile. Le top: l'emplacement ! A deux pas du marchĆ© et des rues piĆ©tonnes, de la cĆ“te des basques pour surfer ou du port-vieux pour se baigner, chacun est autonome et la maison est le parfait point de ralliement. Un frand merci Ć  FranƧoise, qui s'est occupĆ©e de nous, pour sa flexibilitĆ© et son grand sens du service. On reviendra !

Super location and great atmosphere
We had a super stay in this lovely house. We stayed for a week with our family of 5 (including three 18 plus children). We didn't need a car as we could walk everything (nice restaurants and shops around the corner and beach at the end of the street).The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We did a lot of fun cooking. The outdoor shower was great. The only minus was the shower in the master bedroom (there was hardly any water coming out of the shower) but with the outdoor shower we didn't really miss it.

Super bien situĆ© Ć  Biarritz, avec accĆØs direct Ć  la cote des basques (surf), les restos, marchĆ© et commerces. Une terrasse trĆØs sympa et douche extĆ©rieure. Excellent house close to the sea and center of the village
The location in the village I perfect, near the sea and the centre of village. At the same time a very calm and peaceful house. We were a family of 5 persons and the house suits for spending the evenings in the kitchen making dinner as well as leaving the house for the restaurants! Nice seating areas.

Absolument charmante, cette maison a tout pour plaire. Accueillante, confortable et centrale. Une cuisine conviviale dans laquelle il fait bon partager. De good vibes assurĆ©ment et tout ce dont on a besoin est prĆ©vu (linge de maison, lessive et produits divers, jeux, musique....). AĆÆnhoa qui nous acceuille, propose de faire la cuisine, et ses chipirons Ć  l'encre noire, fait devant nous dans la cuisine, sont absolument dĆ©licieux.

Impossible d'ĆŖtre mieux situĆ© Ć  Biarritz, avec accĆØs direct Ć  la cote des basques mais tout proche Ć©galement du centre, marchĆ© et commerces. La maison dispose d'un garage ce qui est non nĆ©gligeable car tres difficile de se garer dans cette ville. Grande terrasse avec plancha et douche extĆ©rieure. Je recommande vivement cette maison.

Excellente situation permettant de tout faire Ơ pied En revanche, maintenance laissant Ơ dƩsirer ( 50% des ampoules grillƩes ou absentes, amƩnagements de la cuisine fatiguƩs) Malheureusement, travaux de toiture pendant notre sƩjour avec chute de tuiles intempestive!
