Our Agriturismo (certified Tourism farm), classified 4 sunflowers, is set on the soft hillsides of a wonderful area, surrounded by an extraordinary verdant nature and park with tall native trees and viewing a marvelous panoramic to the cost and sea.
A serene and silent atmosphere just 6 minutes on foot to Bibbona.
The swimming pool is shared among the guest staying by us without mess or limitations, except for certain times. This dwelling, typical Tuscan main house, spacious and comfortable, guarantees relaxing stay and a private, family atmosphere to the guests, who appreciated it from a long time.

Peaceful and relaxing. Fantastic hosts, great property, beautiful surroundings.
My husband and I spent 9 days at Anna Maria and Filiberto property. We had the most wonderful time there. We can't remember having such relaxing holiday. Everything was just perfect: spacious, clean house, outdoor table with chairs, the most beautiful palm tree in front of our house, blooming flowers and trees. Absolutely perfect. We made trips to Volterra, Pisa, Sienna, San Gimignano, we walked on the beach and in the forest. We are definitely coming back. Anna Maria and Filiberto, Thank you for everything. Es besteht Renovierungsbedarf. Die Duschen sind sehr eng. Die Nebenkosten werde nicht vorher aufgefuührt. Das Meer sieht man vom Grundstück aus nicht.

Familienurlaub in der Toskana
wir verbrachten 12 Tage als Familie bei Filiberto und Anna Maria und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. die Anlage und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. die Zimmer sind ebenfalls sehr sauber und geräumig. die Küche ist zwar etwas spärlich ausgestattet ( Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Pfeffer,Salz, Müllbeutel, Küchenrolle sollte man mitnehmen) aber im Grunde genommen hat man alles was man braucht. und wenn was fehlt wie z.B. Wasserkocher, dann einfach nachfragen, Filiberto und Anna Maria sind total herzlich und hilfsbereit. Parkmöglichkeit gibt es direkt auf dem Anwesen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. ruhig und abgeschieden aber auch nicht weit nach Bibbona oder nach Cecina mit vielen Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( Großer Coop und Conad) und allem was man sonst noch braucht. Außerdem nicht weit zum Meer mit schönen Sandstränden. Ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen sind der selbst hergestellte Wein und das Olivenöl. insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen !

Alles super, einzigster Minikritikpunkt: Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Klopapier, Mülltüte, Spüllappen etc. waren selbst zu besorgen. Wenn man das mitbringt, muss man nicht extra beim Einkauf vor Ort dran denken.

Großartige Gastfreundschaft und tolles Apartment
Wir verbrachten eine Woche als Familie bei Filiberto und Anna Maria und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Anlage und der Pool (natürlich unbeheizt) sind sehr gepflegt, das Apartment sehr geräumig. Für unseren Sohn gab es auch einen Hochstuhl. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, eine Mikrowelle oder einen Wasserkocher gibt es allerdings nicht. Man sollte alles an „Verbrauchsmaterial“ mitbringen (Küchenrolle, Salz, Öl etc.). Filiberto und Anna Maria sind total herzlich und hilfsbereit! Die selbst hergestellten Weine und das Olivenöl sind auch sehr zu empfehlen! Wäsche kann man auch waschen. Parkplätze gibt es direkt auf dem Anwesen. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt in Cecina (z.B. großer Coop, großer Conad). Man sollte die Mücken bedenken (die es natürlich überall in Italien gibt…wir aber einfach nicht daran gedacht haben!) und am besten Mückenspray und Citronella Kerzen mitbringen. Wir haben auch eine Insektenlampe für die Abende bekommen und Filiberto hat uns einen Sonnenschirm aufgestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt uns würden die Unterkunft unbeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Tausend Dank an Filiberto und Anna Maria!

Wunderschöner Hof in toller Lage, gute Wohnung und extrem engagierte Besitzer
Wir haben in einer schönen Wohnung gewohnt und den Pool sehr genossen. Anna Maria und Filiberto waren ausgesprochen freundlich und haben sich sehr dafür eingesetzt, dass wir einen tollen Urlaub hatten. Das Agriturismo verkauft auch sehr guten eigenen Wein und Olivenöl.

Sehr ruhige und gepflegte Anlage, sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Ausstattung der Wohnung bedarf der Modernisierung (Toilettendeckel, Duscharmaturen). Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien könnte erweitert werden (Schneidebrettchen, Kellen, Wasserkocher). Gute Lage zum Meer, 7 km Fahrtstrecke.

Posto incantevole per trascorrere una vacanza rilassante . I proprietari filiberto e annamaria sono deliziosi e disponibili. La piscina è il surplus del posto. Acqua caldina e molto piacevole. L agriturismo è immerso nella campagna toscana e fanno parte della proprietà tantissimi ulivi e un ampio spazip verde dove i miei bimbi si sono divertiti a osservare bellissimi coniglietti. La casa è fresca confortevole e ben fornita. Top anche ilvino prodotto dai proprietari personalmente ho gradito molto il rosato. Vicinissime a 7 minuti marina di bibbona o cecina. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, der Pool ist sehr gepflegt, der Vermieter ist täglich mehrere Stunden anwesend und kümmert sich sofort um alle Belange. Englisch und Italienisch Kenntnisse sind hilfreich. Ruhige Lage, schöner Blick bis zum Meer. Wenige Mücken.

Ruhige schöne Lage im Hinterland. Dennoch schnell am Strand.
Schönes Pool, toller Garten, netter Vermieter. Genau richtig, um zu relaxen. Die Ausstattung der wohnung ist allerdings recht einfach - aber ausreichend.
