Nice place but lacking in response to request
The condo was nice and what I had expected. After being out for the day (7/5) my kids and I wanted to use the clubhouse Jacuzzi and amenities. There was supposed to be a FOB for entry but it was not in the kitchen binder as stated. I text the management and they never responded. I text them again an hour later and they respond that if it was not in the red binder they would have to reach out to the HOA to get a key. I asked when that would be and how do I get in now and never received any response for the rest of my trip (checkout 7/8)?
