Two nights
It was perfect for my friends and me, we had a low budget and we needed a place to sleep. It was near everything. The only downside was the absence of coocking material.

Apartamento viejo y descuidado aunque muy buena atención de la propietaria
El trato de Natalia y del chico que nos recibió fue de 10, sin embargo deja mucho que desear el piso sintiéndolo mucho por la propietaria. Colchón viejo e incómodo, cocina viejísima, sucia, desperfectos en el baño con una pseudoreforma de la ducha por la que se sale todo el agua y llena de moho en todas las esquinas y suelo del mismo baño. Ella fue muy amable, nos dejó libre la hora de salida, intentó solucionarnos el problema de la limpieza pero eso no es suficiente cuando pagas casi 200 euros por dos noches. Con 20 años no me hubiera importado alojarme en este piso pero ya con más edad quieres poder descansar para disfrutar del viaje. ,

Le prix justifie la simplicité vieillotte de l’appartement mais pas la qualité des matelas. Vous faites le choix d’un matelas gonflable pour coucher davantage de monde mais il faudrait que les autres matelas soient déjà en état de recevoir du monde. J’ai pris les matelas en photo tellement nous avons mal dormi. Sans parler de l’isolation phonique.

El piso precisa de urgente renovación
El apartamento precisa de una renovacion. Las paredes estan muy sucias y los muebles y electrodomesticos muy deteriorados lo que no hace agradable la estancia. Lo peor los colchones, muy viejos y incomodos, una de las camas es hinchable. La limpieza no era adecuada. Menos mal que somos campeonas de Europa!!!!!

Práctico piso al lado de San Mamés
Muy bien ubicado para ir al BBK y salir a tomar algo por el centro. Se puede ir andando a ambos sitios. Fernanda y Nat fueron amables y estuvieron atentas.

Arrivés sans plan de Bilbao, nous l'avons découverte à pied. Finalement cette randonnée urbaine était parfaite pour découvrir la ville. Dimanche, nous avons pris le métro vers le port et les plages. La gare multimodale, proche de la location est pratique .

Todo lo k necesitábamos
Fuimos a pasar un finde de concierto y nos pareció muy fácil para lo k necesitábamos. Todo muy muy limpio y nos dejaron dormir más rato , así k para llegar a las horas k llegamos del concierto nos yudo a descansar. Gracias

Sucio y muy anticuado
Teniendo en cuenta el precio de la vivienda, no esperábamos ver un apartamento de clase alta, pero el nivel de obsolescencia es enorme, la comodidad está en cero y, además, estaba muy sucio. Los puños de los cajones que quedan en las manos, los enchufes peligrosos, los muebles y puertas roídos, las lámparas intermitentes. La ropa de cama es atroz (una de las camas es una cama inflable), los cojines están muy gastados, el colchón es muy viejo. Además, el cabello en el baño y en las sábanas, los platos con los restos de la comida seca, la falta de utensilios(sartén). El apartamento es muy ruidoso: la televisión de los vecinos y la calle. Sin ventana en el salón-cocina. La ubicación es bastante decente y la comunicación con el propietario es buena. El propietario fue servicial y nos dejó entrar al lugar antes de lo esperado.

Sabíamos que íbamos a quedarnos en un apartamento bastante antiguo, así que dejando de lado que la fachada se está reformando y el balcón está cubierto por una red de obra y 2 andamios, los colchones siguen estando hechos polvo y que no nos pudimos duchar la última noche porque hubo que cerrar el agua por filtraciones al vecino de abajo, la ubicación nos pareció muy buena (lo mejor) Lo peor: el olor tan insoportable a humedad de sabanas y toallas

L’appartement est bien placé et dans nos prix. Cela correspond à l’annonce en ligne. Il y a des travaux sur la façade en ce moment donc le balcon n’est pas disponible mais rien de grave!

Piso bien comunicado con el tranvía a un minuto andando. Si quieres ir andando al centro son unos 25 minutos andando. Está en zona de comercios. El piso estaba limpio aunque está un poco dejado, el sofá cama es algo incómodo. Para pasar un par de días está bien.
