This is in an industrial area; couple of hotels around, closest food or coffee is a drive away; wouldn't walk in the area. Motel room did not even have a chair of any sort, nor tissues or any amenities. Fan barely worked, really bare bones, there are better places for about the same price in Billings.

The bed was not the queen I booked. The room was very small. The attendant at the desk took forever to unlock the door for initial service. The odor of marijuana was intense. The view from the front door was a dirt lot. The whole back half of the facility was boarded up.

The location of this hotel was in a very sketchy area … the bed was very used (sunk in the middle ) Worst part of the start was walking out of my room to a junkie holding a knife and scarping the paint off the railing … -5 stars

Not fancy- walls dinged up and just appeared a bit dingy. Seemed a little sketchy, abandoned parking lot next door and seems several people live here full time. Wifi didn’t work, no mini fridge. It was clean and check in&out was easy.

Desk clerk changed my room to 1st floor & was very friendly about it. Room was very clean & bathroom was recently updated. Blackout curtains actually covered ENTIRE window with a little left over at each side. I like a cave when I sleep, since I react to light easily due to being hearing impaired. Only drawback was you could only set AC to 70. I am comfy at 60~65, due to meds I take.

Room smelt like old stale cigarette smoke, dirty, cigarette burns in bedding, exposed wiring in bathroom, bugs found in the bed. We left after being there 10 minutes and they did not want to refund our money, after complaining to the manager and threatening to report them due to the health concerns they agreed to refund our money.

We checked in then drove around to our room noticed boarded up windows. Front staff locked up and left. In the room was dirty and stuff broke. Order a room with fridge and microwave and the motel said they have none. Very unsafe place
