Front desk clerks very nice, nothing against them personally. Facility is in MAJOR need of upgrades. Rooms are musty and humid. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Pool was disgusting (very very cloudy, and huge clumps of hair all over). Building in very poor condition.

The only issue we had was that the bathroom had a horrible smell. The toilet was not secured, so we think the smell was probably sewage from it not being sealed properly.

Breakfast was not very good and crowded down there. They don’t want you to take it up to room, so timing to get your family down to eat is nearly impossible with people lounging in that small area

Nice Clean and Comfortable
We were in the area for a bowling tournament. The bowling alley was very close proximity to the hotel. Everything was clean in our room and the bed was comfortable. My only suggestion was to clean the air or replace the air filter. It was a little musty smelling at first. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The beds are in dire need of updating, very uncomfortable. It is posted sheets and towels would be changed every three days and our sheets didn't get changed until our 7th day. The sounds from other rooms can be heard easily along with outside noises making it hard to sleep.

I booked an interior deluxe king room. When I entered my room after checking it was two double beds. I immediately called the front desk only to be told that they had no king rooms available. (I passed 3 open king rooms while walking to mine) I thought maybe these were booked. I checked again later when I returned from the concert I attended since the hotel parking lot was basically empty to find that in a 3 minute indoor walk I found 7 open king rooms in the interior. I can say this with certainty because all of the window shades are left open with beds made and TV’s on in the empty, open rooms here. This is only what I visualized in my 3 minute walk to get ice. So they blatantly lied to me causing my spouse and I to have to sleep in separate beds for our 1-night stay. I will never stay here again. So thanks to the young Indian woman at the front desk who would rather sit on her cell phone than actually help a customer to get the correct room they actually booked. I would have understood had this actually been the case of being overbooked or something but this was an outright lie. You could’ve just switched our room easily when I called but you didn’t because you were too busy on your own phone call. You didn’t hang up to check me in. You just set it down while they sat on the phone while you checked me in. Don’t think I didn’t notice. I’m a business owner too. I watch these things. Customer service goes a long way and you need lessons.

The breakfast was fitting and I'm glad I didn't make my decision to stay based on the reviews alone. What I didn't like is the $100 deposit that they charge to your credit card. If I don't have a problem getting mine back like others have noted, I consider this a great place to stay for a couple of days. Next time I think I will stay on the interior. It is really charming.
