Located on three acres Shell House Estates is a170 year old private property with 500 year old registered live oak trees with a private beach just out your front door. The bungalow has parking under a carport which is just out your French Doors. There is a screen porch out your French Doors with a full outdoor kitchen and fire pit. The Bungalow has a lighted pool and lighted croquet grass court. There is also a Pool House that sleeps 6 see the additional listing for the guesthouse; VRBO# 773631.

Perfect winter getaway!
This is truly a beautiful location. I’ve been to a lot of beaches on the Gulf, but never the Mississippi coast. The Live Oaks, the beautiful beaches uncluttered by hotels, restaurants, and condos, the peaceful, calm vibe. This is the one perfect place to RELAX! Also, I guess because it’s so close to N’Orleans, there are lots of good restaurants with GREAT food!

Location is just steps away from the gulf. Sunrises and Sunsets were amazing. White sandy beach and great restaurants some in walking distance. Perfect for a quiet relaxing vacation. Will definitely visit again !!

The Absolute Best
We first chose this property for its proximity to USM (walking distance). We could not have imagined how beautiful and serene it would be “in person”. A Great Place to Reconnect
Shell House is the epitome of southern charm. We began our stay in the bungalow, which was "Southern Living Magazine" adorable. After the first night, our host graciously offered the pool house to us in anticipation of fence construction near the bungalow. The pool house was larger with a full kitchen, lovely decor, and easy access to the pool. The walk down the front drive to the beach is dreamy. We even spotted an eagle!
