Honey im kinda home....

Great staff. Very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. They always treat me like a friend or family no matter what time of day. The place is comforting and has a nice warm feel. They dont treat you like money. They actually act as if they care. The (im guessing) owner was super nice. I asked about some updates and upgrades it looked like they were doing and he immediately showed pride in his place and showed me the new look. That means a lot. If the owner is observing and interacting w/guests that usually means he cares for the guest and employees (who have worked there for a long time) i always go back. Super budget friendly and great brand of in room coffee btw. ;-)

It is right next to treasure bay casino and a waffle house in the parking lot. Very convenient location. Staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs from the desk clerk to the cleaning ladies. Excellent stay.

Heat did not work; TV did not work: blinds were broken and allowed bright light in all night; floors were very dirty; bathtub was unsafely slippery. Will not stay here again.

The property is old and does have charm they did some upgrades to the room. The location is good. If the air conditioner worked it was located about the mirror and I would have had to stand on the vanity to operate it. The smell of the cleaning supplies used was unbearable.

2024 or 1970 Getaway

This was a needed getaway for my husband and I. When we walked in the room, it was like walking into out grandparents house. The place is in need of a major renovation. On top of that, the large old recliner that took up most of the floor space- wouldn't lower down. This was our first and last stay here.

This property is in bad need of a major renovation. While the room was clean and the bed comfortable, it felt like the rooms haven't been updated for the past 20 years. Located directly across from the casino.

Great for the price

They are doing construction right beside the building. So trying to sleep in with the beeping of the equipment and the slamming of the equipment was un pleasant. The bed was not soft as we would have liked, my husband woke up a few nights with his back hurting because the bed seemed wore out. We had a non smoking room that smelled a little musky but we managed to deal with it. However the rooms was clean and the sheets was soft and it had a thin comforter. The staff was amazing and accommodating to our needs. The price was very reasonable considering it was Thanksgiving. It was very roomy and nice though. I would love to come stay again in one of the suits. Ask Tina are not beach view just the front ones.
