The property was nice. Needs a buffet had to go to another hotel to go to there buffet. Rooms needed more cleaning. Stuff on floor, shower door and dust around bed. Also couch was not cleaned and wiped down good. Couple of stains.

We checked in on 7-27-24 and checked out on 8-1-24. We did not get any room cleaning the whole entire time that we was there. The ice machine was not working I had to go to the 10th floor to get ice. The staff at the GoldennNugget was very rude. We ate dinner at Bubba Gumps and the food was terrible everything was overcooked and the shrimp was like rubber. We came from Missouri and it was a birthday gift for my girlfriend and it was very very disappointing experience and we will not be back. I know I’m just one person and my review of this place probably won’t make a difference but I will definitely make sure others don’t go here…

The receptionist was very friendly and informative. The food and drinks were exceptional. The young lady in the Sports Gaming area was exceptional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The H2O area was beautiful, fun, and extremely comfortable.

over charged, i had a suite and was very disappointed, the only reason we were there was for girlfriends birthday cause she likes casinos.... WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN, VERY DISMISSIVE SEVICE, OVERPRICED, ICE MACHINE DIDNT WORK ON MY FLOOR, 2 ELEVATORS AND A ESCALTOR WITH LUGGAGE...CHARGED A DEPOSIT OF $140 AT CHECKIN AFTER I SCHEDULED THIS VACATION 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE, ALL AMINITIES..... From the moment you step through the doors, cigarette smoke stays. The pudgent smell is horrendous. The hotel rooms were not clean. There were sticky marks on the floor. Also, the room walls are so thin that I could tell you what the next room was doing for dinner and all the other rounchy stuff that was in store. Overall, I will not be staying at this property again.

Electronic hummimg noise all night in room 301 spa suite. Not related to air conditioning as I checked by turning off A/C. Not restful at all. Service at Bubba Gump was mediocre. Hitel and casino Staff do not seem motivated which tells me they despise their management. Treat your employees well and they will treat your customers well!

I did not like that you had to walk through smoke everywhere you went. No valet and parking was far. Ac didn’t work well and the fan was broken. No ice on any of the floors. They did bring some up. The staff was great and fast.
