Thehouse was perfect for us and 2 small dogs. Backyard was completely fenced and only a short walkto east beach. Glenn was very responsive to every request. Everything downtown ocean springs was within a 5 minute drive

Gulf View
We spent about 3 weeks at Gulf View during January. The property was as advertised with plenty of room on a quiet street. It was just a short walk to the East beach and a short drive to the Ocean Springs downtown and restaurants. Check in and check out was easy and the owner was prompt in replying to a couple of minor concerns. We would definitely consider returning the next time we are in the area.

Spacious home in a great location
My daughter and her family live in Ocean Springs; my husband and I along with my son and his family were all here from NY to celebrate Christmas with them. The house worked out very well because it is so spacious- a large family room in addition to the living room and a very big dining room table. And the proximity to the beach is great! We all enjoyed walking there - and some of us spent time playing football in the sand! In addition, we love the shops and restaurants in the town, which is just a short ride from the house.

Nice place
The place was very clean and well stocked! The manager Glenn was very nice. The only thing that we didn't get to enjoy was the deck and firepit. Also the oven was not working. But Glenn and his brothers were very helpful and sent someone right over to look at it. These are the only reasons i didn't give them a 5 star rating. We would highly reccomend this place! everything needed.

The house was well located. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach. The owner allowed us to use their bikes and paddle boards. It was close to Crusin the coast but far enough away to be quiet. House was roomy and well equipped

Great place
Gulf view place was well situated to beach as well as downtown Ocean Springs. Plenty of room and well stocked. If we wanted to eat in each meal we had access to what we needed but the restaurants in OSā€™s were outstanding. The Manager, Glenn, was extremely communicative and it was like dealing with someone I knew. The month long vacation was very enjoyable.

Very clean and well equipped house
Weā€™ve rented this house three times now when visiting my husbandā€™s sister who lives just around the corner, across from the ocean. It is a very comfortable, clean, and well decorated house. Everything we needed was provided and is in good working order. We even brought our two small dogs this time and the fenced in backyard was great. Iā€™m sure weā€™ll be back for more visits.

This was our first stay at a VRBO. I spent days researching the options since my husband really doesnā€™t like to travel and we would have our 2 dogs with us. It couldnā€™t have worked out more perfectly. The neighborhood was quiet so the dogs werenā€™t tempted to bark. My husband could walk out the front door early in the morning and go on his 3 mile walk with the dogs. He said the scenery was beautiful. I liked that the house was clean, spacious and well equipped. The appliances were very nice. I am so happy that we stayed at Gulf View Place.

Great stay in Ocean Springs!
We were staying in the area to meet up with family and visit with our son in the military! We knew we wanted to be close to Ocean Springs and searched for a place close to downtown. This home has three bedrooms, two full baths and two living areas! It was so quaint and charming. The owner was a Brigadier General! His family has kept the home and made some updates. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were good size, the kitchen was stocked with all kinds of dishes, drinkware, cooking supplies and even some spices and basic refrigerator condiments! Family room had very comfy furniture, books and a cozy fireplace! The home had a good wifi connection. I believe they also have bikes but we didnā€™t even check because of the heat! We walked to east beach and loved it! Hosts are fabulous! We will stay here again!
