Hotel was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Hot tub was nice and warm, pool was very cold, but it was middle of winter. View was very nice as it was right across the street from the ocean, which was really cool

My family and I traveled for a sporting event and had a great experience! Check in was quick and easy. The customer service was fantastic the entire time we were there. The room was clean and had a lot of space also!

Great Views and Great Service

We stayed at one of the rooms with views of the Gulf, and it was fantastic. The staff here were friendly and worked above and beyond whenever you had a request. I appreciated all of their efforts. The only thing I could complain about is an issue not just for this hotel but for the overall hotel industry. They don't give the housekeeping staff enough time to clean, so the rooms often are have dust and trash in hidden areas because they only have time to gloss over the obvious spaces. With that industry wide issue said, this place is one of the better places that I've stayed at, and I would stay here again if I ever go back to Biloxi.

Ourneeded maintenance From Chip paint close to the floor From dirty stains on the wall. Beds were nice and comfy. The breakfast was OK. Everyone was able to find something to eat from the breakfast.

We stay at Hyatt Place Biloxi at least once a year- at Christmas time our family tradition and it’s always 10/10. The rooms are always clean and the bed is so comfortable. The staff is always so pleasant and they take the best care of us. This hotel has complimentary hot breakfast everyday. They have a bar with happy hour from 5-7(PM of course) and they have a menu where you could order quick bites from them. Did I mention they have a pool/jacuzzi and a fire pit daily?! Amazing all day! Thanks you all for showing us a good time- every time!
