Room was supposed to be non smoking and wasn’t. Sheets on the bed were torn. Bathroom shower was filthy and we had to go ask for linen for the bathroom to take baths.

Flooded bathroom

Checked in late very tired went straight to bed. Got up during the late evening to a flood of water in the bathroom- seamly coming from the toilet. Maintenance came got it up and couldn't find the source. Went back to bed just to get up the next morning to shower to another huge puddle of water- same location. Very frustrating- but I felt with it and even book another stay since the rooms was very affordable.

Check in was easy. Loved the food at the restaurant. Casino was nice. The sink faucet was broke and maintenance came right up and fixed it. Shower pressure was awful. Most of the water went down the drain. mattress pads on bed were noisy everytime you moved. Heater made a loud noise everytime it kicked on.

Avoid Rooms 1321 and 1323- smoke filled!

Love cleanliness and hotel not overly crowded. Do NOT stay in rooms 1421 and/or 1323 if you are a non-smoker. We were out all day and when we got in to settle for the night, our room was filled with cigarette smoke. It burned my eyes and nose. We tried turning air down to circulate but soon realized the vent was the source. The hour was late or we would have called management. Doubtful we will stay here again. The Palace hotel and Casino are smoke free. Will try them next time. Arcade ahould offer prizes. Spent $50 and only a few games reward.
