Check in took a minute and my card on fail was processed 2. And our room was not very clean. The bathroom sink was not clean ,the ceiling had black mold on it. And the Room mirror was dirty, the window you couldn't see out of it from dirt. the bed had black spots on the sheets. Breakfast didn't have much pick from. And the area they had to buy from at the hotel was very costly. For 2 (16oz) drinks coast me $6

The absolute worst hotel i have been to in years. Entire downstairs smelled like mildew. Room was dirty, and smelled like grease and roach spray. Duvet and under layers stained with dirt, markers, and lipstick. I had to buy my own covers to stay there. Doorknob was falling off so bad you could see through it. Ac and windowsill had chipping paint, dirt stains, and were covered in dust. Floors made my socks black in less then 30 steps. Hallways had stains and drag marks down the entire hall. Breakfast food was out by 8am. All they had was stale cereal(no milk) & waffles that were made to order, but tasted bad after making them. Oj was so sour, i had to throw it out. I travel for a living, and windham has always been amazing until now. I sent the complaint to corporate, and I got a message from the actual hotel just saying sorry..we will try to do better in the future.. we will see you next time...nothing else. I will be disputing this w their corp offices. No one should have to stay in filth.

There are some things that could be done easily as keeping elevator cleaner. The breakfast area could be more organized. Water was not offered for breakfast, if it were I could not find. The toilet in my room didn’t have a nut holding the toilet down on one side that made it tilt. The staff was very friendly and helpful

The lady that checked us in and worked at night was amazing, however the lady that came in and worked the day shift was so rude to my 13 eat old daughter and then to me. They would not refill the waffle mix at breakfast and were extremely rude about it. I work in the public and the day that I start being rude to customers I will go home because without customers you do not have a job. I honestly couldn’t get over them not refilling the waffle mix because thay is what everyone got and it was put about an hour after breakfast started. Other than that we had a great stay but because of her I do not know if we will be back again.

Room was not ready when we got there Waited all day for the room and we went back 3 hrs later still we have to go to the lobby because phone was not working and requested towels and soap. It is ridiculous that the coffe maker is next to the toilet. Unsanitary. Very easy can be something set up in the room for that. The refrigerator is not even cleaned nor is attached in safe way I almost fall with this movement. We will not stay any more on No Wingham hotels. This is not the first time that hotel is not an hotel is like a trashy motel

Easy to get to from the interstate exit, room wss clean, but overall the facilities are showing age and wear. The breakfast wss below average, the waffle iron did not work well with waffles sticking to the iron, orange juice dispenser was more water than juice, paper plates wete flimsy. Lights in dining area did not get turned on til 6:10 am.

We arrived at 4:15 for a 3:00 check in and room was not ready so we had to wait in lobby for 45 min which would not have been a problem but the desk clerk was unfriendly and rude she was more interested in her cellphone than anything else. The room was clean and comfortable though.
