WANT FULL REFUND - HOTEL UNACCEPTABLE
WANT FULL REFUND - DID NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL !!!! Could not stay at this hotel. Had to leave and find another hotel - filthy and disgusting. No outside security - anyone could walk right in. Extremely unsanitary and dangerous hotel.

This place needs a desperate cleansing. The front lobby rug is stained and disgusting. The walls in the room were stained, the bathroom has rust stains and i even saw bugs crawling around. I will never book there again.

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. IT IS FILTHY. It was late and I was very tired, so I just accepted the filth. Hotels.com needs to take this place off their list entirely. The lobby carpeting looked as if several people had vomited on it an a red spot on it looked as if someone had been murder! The pet friendly room that I paid $25 for was filthy. There was animal urine spots all over the carpet. What are they doing with the money. There were greasy fingerprints everywhere. There was stuff running down the walls of the bathroom and the bathroom door. The decor of this hotel was horrendous. The little bit of green area around the hotel was totally in attended to. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality in this place. It needs to be burned down. I defy any Hotels.com personnel to step foot in here. DISGRACEFUL AND DISGUSTING. I want all of my money back and will persue it dogged until I do.

Dirty, oven placed at a location where there is no power socket, one of the power sockets was not working, they provided extension cord but it is very short, too small bathroom, one of the sliding door of closet was loosely assembled. Poor service.

This property should be demolished. We tried 2 different rooms, both were smelly beyond words. This pet friendly hotel did not have one inch of grass and was near a tattoo shop and other sketchy businesses. DO NOT STAY HERE
