Requested manager response for a broken bed, not dealt with and no contact as yet. Over £200 for a night spent on sofa cushions, 40 min for housekeepers to respond to the bed issue at 01:00; exhausted. Not what you expect and not impressed. Booked for 3 adults, 2 mugs, 2 towels, no sofa bed…. Avoid

The hotel really looked after the kids, nice little touches such as dressing gowns and balloons for them!

Very convenient for airport hotel, room facilities are limited with a fairly small bath/shower even in the larger rooms.

Long time to check in
Posted 30 Sep. 2024 on HotelsA bit of a disaster on arrival it took 2 members of staff to find my reservation.
I went to check in and it took over half an hour to find my reservation, to find my room I couldn’t stay in as the air con wasn’t working in that part of the hotel so they downgraded my room which included the executive lounge.
Luckily I challenged them and they put executive lounge access and breakfast along with free parking due to the long checking in time.

Breakfast buffet was below par: bacon was dry and tasteless, the sausages not much better. First time I've ever left anything on my plate at a breakfast buffet. Hotel otherwise good.

Disappointed that the heating didn’t work in the room. There was a heater provided but the sockets are half way up the wall so it felt as though it was stretched.
