Overall rundown facility. Over flowing trash dumpster by parking. Dirty shower, sticky floors. Chose this one for the pool. After pay now option, arrived to find the pool out of order and non refundable

The room was very clean and comfortable and I slept very well. The hallways and lobby, however, were both in disrepair with stains on the floors....just very unclean and older looking. I'd stay here again, however, because the room was clean and great. I think they are in the middle of construction. Great location, felt very safe. Front Desk man also very helpful.

Gave me a 5th floor room and after 1st day elevator didn’t work Had to walk 5 stories just after knee surgery?? Didn’t clean room so had to go to desk every day to get towels They didn’t care even after telling management I should get a full refund for this disaster

Not the La Quinta I am used to
This is by far the worst La Quinta in which I have stayed. Normally they are well maintained and modern. This one definitely is not. The hotel is old, tired and uncomfortable. We saw several cockroaches and other bugs inside the room/bathroom, the hallway carpeting is stained. Everything is just dated and old.

Very Disappointed
Hotel exhibited a dirty or unkept appearance. The mens restroom in the lobby area was dirty with trash on the floor and an empty paper towel dispenser on our arrival and still in that condition at 10:00 am the following day. There is some repainting in process but any mess or debris from those activity's was minimal (with the exception of supplies being stored in the second floor emergency exit stairway). Wi-Fi coverage in the hotel is very poor. The only area in the hotel with reliable Wi-Fi was the lobby. The Front Desk person was unable to provide any input or assistance. The hotel was noisy with slamming doors late night activity in the 3rd floor hallways. We elected to skip any breakfast at the hotel as the selection of items was minimal. We have recently stayed at other La Quinta Inn properties and had a much better experience.
