Can’t say I liked much of anything. The room was clean but the carpet was wet, no cups in the room ask for some from the front desk and was told to get them from the foot area but there was none. Had to pay a $25 fee for my dog but there was no place to walk no place to dispose of waste. The pool was closed. Very noisy.

Pool was inop without any notification. Wouldnt have booked the hotel. Hallways were dingy and smelled of mold. There was no dehumidifier and rooms also were damp and smelly.

This hotel hardly had any guests. I think I saw one other person the entire time. However, there were always people loitering right outside the front doors. It was very creepy. The light above the vanity in the bathroom didn't work, so room was dark. The toilet paper holder was broken. I hope they are in the process of improving the property. The staff was friendly & helpful.

Price was good, however this is the second year in a row we have came here and neither time was the pool available. I’m thinking they should take this off their web site. I would not come back as I have 7 grandchildren that were ready to swim. Also I stepped on a sticky spot on the carpet in our room and my son found hair and a dried dirty washcloth in his shower and urine on the toilet seat. One more thing, the elevator sounded like it was on its last leg. Good breakfast.

Property in very poor condition. Carpet needs some serious deep cleaning. We were given a blanket that is riddled w holes. No breakfast provided. On the positive side, good location, beds are comfortable, & most importantly, they take pets.

Advertised they have a pool, but upon arrival it had obviously been closed for quite some time as it was completely empty and dry. Also advertised that breakfast was complimentary, but at 0700 there was not hardly any options. They said biscuits and additional waffle mix would be out in 20 minutes that never came. Breakfast was to be served from 0600-0900 yet at no point during that time period was food replenished. Not to mention the milk was sour and they didn’t even have water available as an option. The staff was pleasant and reached out to management to see if they could do anything to amend the situation and management was not willing to rectify anything though many amenities were falsely advertised.

Don't stay there your stuff will get stolen out of your vehicle and they will do nothing about it manager will not even call me back about it save your money go somewhere esle i didn't know it was in a bad location until i started talking to locals

Horribly dirty property with hallways stinking. The carpets need shampooing. The staff was clueless. Requested rollin ned which was not provided. Air conditioning in the common area was dysfunctional. Could not provide extra bedding, the pillows need changing. Don’t know how this place is maintains its franchise. The breakfast that was included, had spoilt milk, egg rab out at 7.30, there was no staff to refill as needed, coffee was stale and cold. One of the dirtiest /poorly maintained Laquinta. No one was available to address issues.
