The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. On more than one occasion they have come in my room prior to checkout without knocking, and just opened the door while I was in bed. They have refused to honor the online rates, and rates consistently change from $70-$90 depending on who is checking you in.

This is by far the nastiest and unsafe places I’ve ever stayed at..roaches was everywhere..dirty towels…nasty sheets just plain and simple needs to be closed down

Check in staff was very friendly but the facility is old broken down dirty and unsanitary. Bed was old and uncomfortable and bidding look like it came from a garage sale for the money this facility was simply not worth it

After driving from Houston more than 11 hrs, and calling to the hotel a letiting them know tha we were arribing afyer midnight. At about 1:30 am at the hotel they just told me that this hotel is 1st come 1st served. The guy didn’t mind at all, that I mentioned him I called and it was a reservation done from Expedia. You should removed rhis hotel from your hotel list. Its frustrating after driving whole day and realize that at that time you have to look qhere to sleep with the family

The area is completely unsafe; you can tell because the lobby is locked and you have to check in through a slot in a wall. There were homeless everywhere. I know it's not their fault but this was a dumpy hotel. I would not reccomend hotel or stay in this area.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting, I don’t know how they stay in business, my room was on the 3rd floor and my tv didn’t work and there was used condoms in the trash when I went to the front desk the help was rude and said “it took you this long to figure that out” as if they wanted to say it was from me. I won’t be coming here again, it’s nothing but a hoe house anyway
