Copper Wren is nestled in the heart of Old Bisbee, overlooking Brewery Gulch and “B” Mountain. Enjoy spectacular views day and night.

Quiet neighborhood, though from time to time you may hear the bell tower chimes, or the sound of music and festivities drifting up from Brewery Gulch or City Park located just down the road. Copper Wren is a short stroll away from Bisbee’s famous Main Street, where you’ll discover unique shops, eateries and entertainment.

Short and long-term guests welcome. The home is sufficiently equipped for those preferring to stay several weeks or months.

The house is recently renovated and fully functional. French windows with amazing views, natural lighting, skylight.

The first floor features an open floor plan with an amply-equipped kitchen for cooking up meals, and a country table for dining and entertaining friends. The living room is stylishly and comfortably furnished, including two reclining couches.

The charming half-bath downstairs is equipped with a stacked washer/dryer and complimentary laundry detergent for guests’ use.

Upstairs features a romantic private bedroom with Queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, and an ensuite full bath.

The landing off the upstairs bedroom features a custom-built Q-sized Murphy bed for additional 1-2 guests. In addition, the click/clack style futon opens to a single-sized bed, suitable for a child or teenager.

Additional sleeping accommodations include a comfy 20” Q-sized pillow-top air bed (easy to set up, located in the landing closet in bag that says “Intek” on it—simply situate where you want it, and plug in to inflate), Extra blankets, sheets and pillows supplied in closet and foot rest.

The landing is perfect for enjoying quiet activities such as reading, watching TV or just chilling. French doors open from the landing onto a wrap-around balcony with fantastic views.

Street side parking, and a small parking lot located a few steps away.

In addition to the listed amenities, the home is supplied with:

- Light breakfast items for your first morning (granola, yogurt, eggs, fruit)

CITY OF BISBEE ORDINANCE O-19-08 (Required Posting)
8.9.4 Prohibited Uses
A. A Vacation Rental or Short-Term Rental shall not be used for nonresidential uses,
including retail, restaurant, banquet space, event center or other similar use.

B. Owners of a Vacation Rental or Short-Term Rental are prohibited from housing sex
offenders, sheltering persons not lawfully in the United States, operating or maintaining a
sober living home, selling illegal drugs, liquor or pornography, obscenity, and providing nude or topless dancing or other adult-oriented businesses.

8.9.5 Restrictions: Maximum Guest Limit; Noise; and Application of Existing Law
A The maximum number of adult tourists, transients or occupants allowed on the Vacation Rental or Short-Term Rental property at any one time is limited to no more than two adults per sleeping room plus two, additional adults in the Vacation Rental or Short-Term Rental.

B. The Owner, Tourist or Transient shall not produce noise that is intermittent or continuous for a period of at least 15 minutes, which travels beyond the property line, and disturbs the peace and order of the neighborhood or a person of ordinary sensibilities. The Owner, Tourist or Transient shall not create noise that is intermittent or continuous between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., which exceeds the property line, and disturbs the peace and order of the neighborhood or a person of ordinary sensibilities. Such violations will be considered a nuisance pursuant to City Code Section 10.1 .8.

C. The Owner, Tourist and Transient shall comply with all State, County and City laws,
codes and regulations.

The views are just the icing on the cake.
We have visited Bisbee several times and this is by far one of the best places to stay. The comfort level is high. Beautiful house, from top to bottom. Right near everything you need or want to do in old Bisbee. The sitting area outside the back door is perfectly relaxing with an arbor overhead and birds all around. The wrap around porch on the top level offers comfortable seating to enjoy the stunning views. We will be back.

BEYOND WORDS!!!!
It's going to be hard to express the ABSOLUTE perfection of this house, quality, charm, LOCATION...and then...mother nature upped it...she presented us, upon our last morning, as the sun was rising...WITH SNOW...the clouds appeared...the sky darkened ...and then my granddaughters experienced the sweet gently falling of SNOW...and from the homes sweeping mountain views...snow drifted down and we were simply gobsmacked!!!!!! it was visually soul filling! whew...now back to the house...best charm...cleanliness...decorated...and BEST APPOINTED house EVER...anything we said...oh, I wonder if she has....SHE DID!!!! EVERY SINGLE TIME...we...WILL BE BACK!

The house was great with many amenities. It was in a good location to walk to the lovely downtown. However, it would be difficult if you had trouble walking up steep hills and flights of stairs. For us it was great.

Best VRBO ever
The house is set on a hillside with sweeping views of town. It is the most comfortable, well designed VRBO we have ever stayed in. Everything s easy, every need is met at a high level, and we loved walking (down hill) to town and exploring. It is a two story, one bedroom and also has a Murphy bed. The neighborhood is very quiet too. The host left coffee and breakfast food, which was so helpful as we got in late. All in all, a wonderful stay!!

My second time here and won’t be my last. Beautiful home in old Bisbee, immaculate, well-equipped, lots of lovely little touches. Great location and views. Host very helpful and responsive. Know that there are 40 steps from street to front door, but if you are able to negotiate that hurdle, you will be well-rewarded!

Couldn't have been any better!
Deanna was an awesome host with excellent communication. The house was immaculate and gave us the feeling of being at home. All amenities needed were included and then some. Bisbee is a neat, quirky place and the house is situated at the top with beautiful views that have to be seen to be appreciated. Of all the many places you can stay in Bisbee, I would definitely consider The Copper Wren to be top notch and I highly recommend to anyone visiting!

Girl’s Birthday Trip
Our stay exceeded our wildest dreams. From the moment we walked in and saw that Deanna our host decorated with flowers and birthday sign to cheesecake, candles, breakfast foods and lots of delicious snacks. There was ice in the freezer to start our celebration when we arrived and the home was stocked with everything you could think of and more. We took Deanna’s.suggestion and did the Ghost Tour, Queen's Mine Tour, & The Seance Room. I also recommend each of those. The location is perfect for an easy walk to town or Brewery Gulch. The view is amazing and loved the wrap around porch to take advantage of the scenery. The back porch is built into the mountain and fun to take in the ambiance day or night with the string lights on. I just can’t say enough about our host and her home. It will not disappoint and we cannot wait to come back again. Thank you so much Dianna for making this a very special girl’s birthday trip!

Beautiful getaway!
Our group of grad students were instantly taken aback by Deanna’s home. After many days of driving and being away from our homes, we appreciated the attention to detail and welcoming atmosphere. I really enjoyed my stay at the Cactus Wren. It's within walking distance of the best of Bisbee, and the high second floor offers an outstanding view of downtown and Brewery Gulch, especially at night. If you stay, you'll appreciate the second floor sitting area, just off the wraparound porch with lots of sunlight streaming in through the French doors. The kitchen is well appointed, and Deanna provided a lot of first night/first morning items like coffee, fruit, yogurt, etc. in case you're not in the mood to make a run to the grocery store immediately after arriving. The climate controls are intuitive and easy to use, as are the door locks. The climb up the steps can be a bit of a challenge, but it's better than most in Bisbee. All in all, I think it's the best in town.

Loved this hillside home, Copper Wren. It was beautiful, full of light and art, unobstructed views. The host has provided all the essentials for a short or extended stay. Deanna provided an extra special touch of providing a cake and candles to celebrate my wife’s Halloween birthday. After Wedding Bliss!
Our daughter and her husband enjoyed this most beautiful home in Bisbee the day after their wedding. The amenities , the views, and the special touches left by the host were all just so fabulous! I can’t say enough about what a wonderful and relaxing time they had and how great this place is. My husband and I hope to come by and enjoy it ourselves for a weekend in the near future. It is truly a wonderful getaway and just a delightful place to be as you spend time in Bisbee!
